Looking for a PoP chart ...

Yeah, I saw one somewhere, and it outlines the zones that open after killing certain mobs, etc etc. Like .. When you get grummus flag, CoD opens.

is there a fully completed chart of this anywhere? Even if it's storyline , and not with all the secondary quests.

That one is still a little off Andaas.

You dont need Agnarr/Karana flag to get into tower of sol ro.
