| Flaccid Steel | I got intrigued and decided to search microsoft's case and apparently the appeal happened 2 days ago. After reading this, I feel that i4i's case will not go as smoothly as it did in Texas. They'll probably get some money but nowhere near the ridiculous amount that they were awarded from the Texan judge. |

| A similar suit was brought up within the last year or so by worlds.com. They started by filing suit against NCSoft in Texas. Worlds.com apparently holds several patents including 'system for allowing users to interact in a virtual space" and a system for scaling said system. Virtual Worlds News: Worlds.com Files Suit Against NCsoft for Patent Infringement Apparently there was identifiable prior art in that case, most notably Air Warrior.
