I'm not trying to take away from anyone's work, but I 'm pretty sure that Jaryn's work is just a derivative of the various Drakah UIs...which you can get here ( screenshot ). It includes three different versions, and you can swap out the spellbook to something better suited to your class here (/envy t.king's artistic ability).

Finally, see this thread for issues about Drakah's UI (you probably want to start near the end of the thread).

If you bothered to read the link to the UI in EQInterface boards, it states clearly that it's a Drakah UI modification...
