VZTZ was using a MUCH older codebase of EQEmu. We are using the newest which has fixed a lot of those bugs, but I really hope we get some people like you to try it out and hopefully let us know so we can code to fix it. Krystlih is amazing at coding and I feel strongly we can work around any issues like that.

We have actually looked into stripping down a version of MQ and making it mandatory to use on our server, therefor making it impossible to use MQ to crash zones, etc... Can't really go into details.

How are you going to manage people who just kill their alts, or their friends to gain AA experience? Cant see how this is enforcable without constant GM supervision and even then it will drain the staff just like loot and scoot rules did on GMS on vztz

We have code in place where recently killed players are not worth AAEXP. It will take a lot of time for it to be worthwhile. Also, its a serverwide msg when someone dies, so if you see X kills Y over a couple of times, more then likely another person will be heading to that zone to kill both of them. Since there are only so many Chaos zones, they cant run to far away.

so I'm assuming you removed /duels from gaining AA?

Yes, and you cannot /duel to buff anymore as well.

So you want us to try and break it? I thought that's what you wanted but then read your rules and it seemed you guys were going to eat alive anyone who did it so was kinda wondering. So we all have free passes to break and cheat as long as we tell you all about it right?

Also what is every one going to be playing? I think I will either go the mage or wizard route since I love being a caster in EQ. Also is anyone going to start a guild? If so I would be interested cause lvling in EQ solo to max lvl is a PITA.
