I'm #7 on the Cenarius list and the #6 person on the page you linked was 18th worldwide. Obviously I'm extremely high on the worldwide rankings without having to "lie" about shit.

I question the validity of the information on that page, but even using the page you found and linked, I'm still really high on the worldwide rankings. If the person who hit max level right before me was ranked #18 worldwide, I'm obviously not too far behind that.
