BS has been dropped down again, and there is still the added benefit that SS has a solid chance of making you not need to cast IT+PS.

Latest craze from the goldsellers in the last week on my server has been the spelling out of their website names via corpses outside the AH in Stormwind or Ironforge, usually a differently named site each day as well. This one is omg4.com. I'd have to give them minus marks on the O, not as well defined as the other characters. Extra marks though for each corpse seemingly being a new character, presumably they do the "Buy goldz nao!" routine outside the bank and/or AH then kill themselves somehow and delete for the next trick so those pesky report spam types don't get to actually achieve anything.

hell they were doing that back in the days of dire maul (earliest I remember anyway). where you could use whatever hack that was that allowed teleportation, they'd just float a gnome to x/y/z coords and he'd fall to his death all over in front of the bank. Of course this was also when only one AH per side so IF was packed

I hear ya, I came back to play again.. first time since Vanilla and I thought hey I want to tank.. might as well do the warrior again.. I really loved it the first time. I'm not claiming to be any kind of expert, but going from the *only* class that could tank to being 2nd rate was kind of a disappointment.

Oh well.. there is always time to reroll I guess :P

Best part about the warrior is the other classes were always right there (besides DK of course) to be better, but couldn't be used due to crushing blows. Removed and warriors fell behind. It was pretty comical if it wasn't so glaringly obvious.

But really comes down to your guild. Are they top of the line? Then yeah, if your class isn't as good, you'll get benched. Otherwise? You can tank fine.

You're probably still better than Warriors but are complete shit compared to Paladins and Druids, even after they get AD working as intended. Paladins have 33% more EHP than you at minimum and Druids are almost as bad.

It's actually the other way around. If your guild is bad, you'll probably get benched. Since the game is full of bads, that's a lot of dudes getting benched.

That said, there's certain encounters where it's *possible* to use any other tank than a Death Knight, but damn it sure is tougher. Warriors don't have it too bad overall in Ulduar, though, as far as tank ranking goes.

Warriors and DKs both have the cooldowns to survive, and CDs to avoid isntagibs are what Ulduar tanking is all about. They both work with adequate gear and a skilled player. DKs have been mathematically superior, but there are really only a few fights where it makes any real difference, like Vezax hard using a single tank.

I think there have been a few Blizzard posts pointing out that they don't like the idea that tanking has been reduced to preemptively using CDs and that it will change in the future, though.

I just think it's pointless to complain about it, since the path as defined by Blizzard is leading you all to the same place anyway. Some of you are just rushing there faster, only to be bored longer. Cool. ^5 for the effort, champs.
