Getting or not getting exp should be separate.

Not getting exp from pvp is one of the reasons I quit WoW. GREAT addition. Silly that it took this long to include it. (I like alts)

This option is redundant, cause everyone will choose to have faster queues, and no one will choose closed bg's. I rarely if ever hear people complain that their twinks dont have competition gear wise.

Sadly for you the Feral nerf is very minor given their current wording. Time to start playing Vinen again so I can faceroll me up a combat rogue... getting sick of actually having to put effort into play a class since I stopped using prediction mods.

Arcane needed a ton of PVE help and didn't get anything but a slight mana efficiency bump. Will at least be able to laugh at my retarded classmates damage done still.

Fire got a small mana efficiency bump too. Makes sense for longer fights.

Unless you tested this and have numbers to back it up I call BS. As a raid buffed lock my crit rates are already around 50% and with emp imp they go to 70+%. Incinerate accounts for over 50% of a destro locks total raid damage too add in chaos bolt damage and you are looking at 60% of a locks total damage nerfed by 5%. Also the imp does not crit a lot. Maybe around 10% of the time so this will not balance out. In PVP only a few locks were ever in the top arena brackets and those few had to work so much harder then a DK or Rogue who could face roll to 2500. So in PVP they are now nerfing destro locks burst by 5% damage + the resil which now effects ALL Damage. So in PVP destro locks will get a HUGE nerf--at least a 10-18% nerf in damage. GL killing a healer now who has 800+ resil thanks to these changes--this will just make mortal strike even more vital and guess what locks have no mortal strike so they will remain useless in arenas. gg

DK's basically turned into the new Ferals, except they didn't sacrifice threat and avoidance for HP. To not expect this nerf was kinda funny. We had an App DK with 50k HP, his gear was not spectacular in the least.

Technically a druid with PVP gear is best tank on 25 man thorim since you don't have to tank switch.

The new raid instance drops new badge type (triumph) plus the heroic dailys give the badge (weird), plus a new arena season implies a new tier of PVE gear. Its probably ilevel 239 to 252.

It is going to be weird though, every person can basically be in full ilevel 226 within 2 weeks just by running heroics and getting some crafted stuff (only thing I guess you wont have is a weapon? I'm sure the new 5 man will solve that though). I guess its an easy way for Blizzard to equalize new players so a person can join and contribute quickly without having to backtrack through old stuff.

I wonder if there will be any reason at all to run ulduar after the patch on mains. I also wonder how fast guilds are going to figure out that its not even worth running ulduar 25 anymore really (unless you 2 hour clear it I suppose), since you'll probably be able to farm coliseum-25/10-hard a few weeks then do coliseum-25-hard with the farmed gear.

5 bosses wont take long, think maly or sarth. i assume most guilds will want to finish getting whatever random item they are still missing from uld.
