| Don't think so. You can't taunt them out of the pack fast enough while having a roster that can put out the deeps to deal with them, is what I understand the problem to be. And even if you could, that's 3-5 fully healed rapetrains sitting on your tanks, you're not going to have the healing to cover it. All I'm saying is if a guild beats that shit without a nerf, they're some bad motherfuckers in the Vin Diesel/Chuck Norris/Preacher crossbreed sense of the term. |

You missed the point I think. The game is easy and it rewards you for being bad. You used hard modes to tell me the game is still hard but lets look at hard modes because Hard modes actually made the game much easier for everyone. Before hard modes, all the fights were just tuned to be hard. A boss fight was actually overtuned and was really hard and it took at least 1 week for a guild to learn it and kill it--a guild didn't clear a new instance in the 1st night of the release. Now with hard modes all bosses are tuned to be easy and you have the option of doing them hard. So now you can try to kill the hard modes for awhile and when you fail or give up after awhile you can just kill the boss the normal super easy mode way and still get loot. Or you are a badie and can just do it the super easy way every time and get free loots. Whereas before hard modes the boss was actually hard and if you couldn't kill it you were not getting any loot. This is the difference. This way you can get loot if you are bad but you couldn't before.

+4 Internets | Sorry to interrupt the discussion but is there any way to get Burning Crusade+WOTLK? Also when I upgrade my RAF account it will just be vanilla WoW right? Also I played a hunter at release and liked it okay, but hunters were like EQ1 rangers back when I played. They're really good/in demand now? If so I find it hard to believe they aren't massively overpopulated.

| They are pretty middle of the road. Uldaur encounter design is really unfriendly to them. They aren't really bottom on anything, but they aren't top on much either. If you want to go ranged then go lock. Good locks rape meters on most stuff. If you need melee then go rogue or feral druid.

I'm guessing the gear will be comprable to Ulduar gear, so yes, it'll be easier to get to Ulduar-raiding level. Along with the leveling boosts and the increased Ulduar-gear throughout the game, it'll be easier. This will always be true though. The only times it gets more difficult to get into a guild (If you're a good, hardcore player who starting from scratch or from tier2 heh) is when new raid content releases. Icecrown Citadel, Ulduar patches etc. This is because not only do you need 25 good, well equipped players in order to progress in the zone, but these times also have the least attrition and the most guild explosions. A lot of guilds will idle along killing old content, then new hard stuff will come along and they'll figure out they're not good enough to progress, and shit goes down when the more hardcore players want to jump ship to higher guilds. This is kind of like the feeder guilds in Everquest, but it's more cyclical than it is steady feeding. I always try to keep tabs on all the guilds to see if they break up, then scoop as many raiders as I can. Probably 75% of the people I get who were main raiders in the previous guilds quit within a month, but if I pick even one guy up who is good, it's worth it. tldr | |

| Hah .. and again the hunter set bonus sucks ass .. oh well .. guess its Blizzards way to say "Hay we fixed BM yes?" ... Looking over them again they better be a joke, seriously, the 2pcs bonus is useless as the pet will always have more focus than it can spend with 1 point in Go For the Throat, and the 4pcs bonus... really? 5% more crit on a Steady Shot... beyond useless. | Seriously.. I started reading it .. rogue 2pc was first and I was like whoo boy, that sounds pretty awesome. Got down to hunter 4pc.. 5% crit on a shot I barely use when I am so stacked with crit in a raid setting as is.. what a fucking let down.

| Looking over them again, most of those look pretty sucky/generik dont they? As in, most of the 4pc ones are 5% crit to something, with the 2pcs ones gimmicy at best? But maybe its just me not really understanding most other classes well enough to really comment on it. |

+87 Internets | Priest is meh. I guess it depends on the fights in 3.2. I guess in Ulduar it'd be good since there's a few fights I use PoH on. But really, I don't mind have a sub-par 4pc bonus because I can use better gear in those slots. |
