Not much harder honestly. If he's have submerged his fire spit does about the same damage and you just need to spread out a little. If he's up and melee'ing he hits maybe 50% harder or so, didn't really notice. You actually require -less- healing by burning acid maw first and letting dreadscale enrage then trying to kill both at the same time.

And with how stupid easy icehowl is on 10 man (provided you don't have retards that spend 5 minutes arguing about how they totally started running as soon as they could instead of just 15 seconds apologizing for fucking up and learning how to goddamn play) it's pretty much a win if you survive with everyone up.

Honestly the hardest part of beasts is the transition from Gormokk doing ridiculous tank rape damage into the two jormunger spitting and puking all over the place and you only have about 10 seconds or so to regain some mana.

Holy shit are you bad at math. Either that or you're so ashamed of over-agroing those adds and getting scolded by Vitae that you've started to mentally block out that night. We had 2 healers, 2 tanks, 2 melee dps and 4 ranged dps. So 6 dps which is probably why we beat the second submerge phase by almost 30 seconds.

but 9 = 10!

I was trying to point out we had 3 healers(thought we had tree druid, resto shaman, and holy paladin). Even still 2 melee and 4 ranged, 2 of them being boomkins, is no one's idea of stacking dps. You really don't need a specialized group to get 1 submerge phase.

And hey, I can't control Maul I was honestly surprised I kept agro through those first 20s without Maul. It's a huge part of bear agro.

Haha, not quite. On 25 man the mobile jormungar hits for around 25k, more or less depending. Enraged he hits for about 35k. The dude is a rape train when not stationary, and you'll probably want to chain some cooldowns.

10 man it's not so big a deal.

So last night I started working on my Shaman again, he's been 73 for like 2 months, no interest leveling. A guildy was on his 73 Hunter and I joined him doing some AV leveling. I've been doing it a ton since yesterday, now 30% to 76.

It's not much faster then normal quest grinding, but damn its a lot more entertaining. Im at 30k honor now, have enough to buy at least one Furious item when I hit 80.

Really? Your tanks must suck. MAYBE MIPPO WAS RIGHT ABOUT YOU AFTERALL. Had absolutely no issue keeping the tank up with just dreadscale alive in 25man and it's even easier since the raid is taking so much less damage and you can focus on just the one tank.

It's easy to keep aggro on anub when people are dpsing the adds...durrrrrrrrr

blood dk + arms warrior is pretty good cleave rape for the adds too. Sure we weren't perfect, but we were a pretty well stacked group.

No, our Protadin usually gets disconnected at that point and complains loudly about it on vent. I'm usually too busy healing through the panic stain in my undies to tell him to shut the fuck up.

Once dreadscale drops I can autopilot the rest of the fight. Until one of our dps inevitably fuck it up and run right through icehowl and then whine about how icehowl totally wasn't targeting them because they didn't learn from our 5 normal mode kills that it doesn't matter who he targets.

The best is when they're right on let's say the left edge of his impact point and would need about two steps to avoid it, so they run right instead.

Everytime I feel shame I go and do AV and it cheers me right back up. All I'm gonna say about that is it's a good thing parry hasting is disabled on Vann and Drek or nobody would ever kill them.

Heroic Anub'arak World First Kill by Paragon

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this isn't the first world first Ensidia hasn't gotten in quite a long time.

I wasn't sure Anub'arak was going to actually go down this week.

I believe they used 15 SS's on their raid, but it's still a hell of a task. Grats to them.

Great, now Ensidia will come back with their usual "OMG they used soulstones" QQ bullshit, when it's the same shit they've, and every other "we're bad ass world first dudes" have done forever.

But really, the lesson we learn from this is...STACK DEATH KNIGHTS.
