You can speed up the download a little by unticking the adventure packs on the patcher screen. Not sure how big they are, but they are ticked by default.

I'm playing this at the moment, my characters is a 74 conjuror named Myrkskog. In a guild already but if you guys get together for a dungeon run and need another I would be happy to mentor down and come along. I duo'd pretty much the whole way so missed a lot of dungeon content and it would be fun to revisit and get some AA's.

Well thats really the problem doing it like this, peoples other toons are mostly high lvl and such while some of us are just starting new ones. We would have probably been better served to find out who wanted to start out fresh and form a static at least. Its going to be hard finding groups for everyone here with the level spread on old characters, and it would be kind of boring just steamrolling stuff being PLd and such with higher levels (at least for me, I enjoy some sort of challenge and the group to be relatively equal).

Not that big of a deal I don't think, plenty of people have offereed to mentor down and theres also enough starting fresh again that they should have people to group up with.

I used to run with MW a while ago. I'd certainly be willing to do it again, provided the leadership has time to run a guild. I have toons in almost every tier so it shouldnt be difficult to hop into someones group and run static, or mentor down. I mostly run with my 74 Swash or 65 Dirge, but I have a 40 fury, 35 temp, 23 wiz, and a 8 monk. I actually wouldnt mind starting a Inquisitor up either. I'll shoot someone a /tell tonight sometime.

The "leadership" is non existent right now. I'm GL (just to keep things maintained), but I'm leveling. Level first, organize and raid later.

I'm almost 19, did most of my armor quest in Neriak today with another low level, a Coercer I can't remember the name of. There's lots of decent amt of other noobs in the area to help go through kill quests as it gets harder to solo it seems. Due to size alone I say avoid commonlands, you really only see people at FG.

Genj and I are both about to hit 20 and finish up in TD. If you're on tonight we can figure something out.

@Braen: Your dwarf is 70 right? You could wait and see how many people get up to that level and come back around then. Should give you enough time to work on your wife (and if you don't want to, I can *work* on her np).

Why does a guild need 'active leadership' though. This always bothered me, if you aren't a retard, you don't need anyone telling you what to do. Maybe it's because I am the 'leader type' but like I don't need someone telling me when to log on or how to kill shit, as long as I know, I'll do it, regardless of any leader.

Yeah, that's how I see it going for now too. Trying to organize shit with a LOLBOARDGUILD while everyone is freshly resubbed and nowhere even close to max level is stupid. The odds are that if we have 10 people resub this time, 1 person will see level 80. Just let it be open for whatever, because putting any kind of pressure on it will just make people quit sooner.

Edit: But if somehow, by the grace of Allah, this turns into srs business, then of course there will have to be leadership. That shit isn't happening though so it's not worth arguing about.

Soris, level 12 Sarnak Inquisitor in TD. Going to make the class change to Templar once we start raiding. (How cool is that - a Sarnak Templar. ) For grouping, offensive is the only way to go anyway.

Any chance one of the higher levels in the guild could mail me a larger bag? 4 slot ones are just frustrating. Even one would be fine... just a few extra slots for harvesting.

Durdin, level 16 Necro... Got a Mistwalkers invite last night. We'll see if the ol' EQ2 can hold my interest past a month.

Anyone up for some Crushbone tonight?

If we do BB or WC today someone has to be around 16-18 so we can mentor down and get some decent AA. As long as someone is a tank we should be fine. Any tank is good at that level, even the brawlers.

EDIT: I don't think Crushbone is lvl 16, I could be wrong. I think its a lvl 40 zone or something. I forget. I've never done CBK.

And in regards to what Adam said, yeah I think its best if you are already in a guild you like, stay in it until MW rerolls/noobs get higher up before joining them. Need to find some stability before giving up on something you like for a group you aren't positive will keep its current numbers.
