if i understand correctly you can't pvp until level 10

Can't pvp until 10.
You have to try MULTIPLE times to connect to the pvp server.

and when you do, hope to god there isnt a gunner in there, because they are fucking .. OP

Sutekh - level 17 priest, ran out of fucking fatigue when I was 1/4 away from Monk, sad times, stupid fatigue meter.

Playing my mage is frustrating as fuck. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but if i'm not OOM, I'm dying. Really rough trying to do speed runs without consumables.

no fucking kidding. I just did a team deathmatch and got mowed down with the minigun in like 3 seconds. literally.

So any crafting recipes at all yet? I've got so many damn mats/cubes and can't store all this shit me much longer. Also appear to have fallen behind in levels, all the quests for sky tower are giving me level 25 rewards and I'm just barely 18.

It auto respecs you at 18 when you get to class change, but past that I'm not sure.

Anyone happen to have a spare beta key for this? I've been trying to get one on gamespot and 1up since I started reading about it here, but to no avail.

EDIT: Nevermind, the beta key trial ends tomorrow and open beta starts Tuesday. I'll just wait it out.

That was great, went to escort GSD, thinking it may be mildly difficult because you've got to somehow protect this old dude from all these monsters, and it's anything like WoW's escort quests, it's going to be pretty intense.

First room in there, the dude does one attack and one shots 20 dragons, like, well fuck that was easy enough.

The more I play my mage the more it feels like I should just give it up. Mage is just soooo inferior to priest. My melee attacks are so slow that if I charge and hit, the monster can hit me before my next attack goes off. My spells are alright if I have a party to hide behind, but trying to solo anything is just frustrating. I don't even bother any more, as even if I make it to the boss, they just move around to much for me to have much of a hope of hitting with anything but the lightning orbs.

I feel the same way. My Mage is only 11 and leveling her is a bitch. I just dash in, use the uppercut to knock them down and charge up the flora lightning thing. Unleash that, back out and just spam magic missles and hope I hit shit. Most of her skills seem rather worthless. I keep playing her thinking it'll get better but I don't see it happening. Playing my priest has been far more enjoyable.
