Marks + a pet that roots, stuns or snares is good if you're a little undergeared. You can also check the AH for mana pots. Since nobody uses that shit anymore they tend to come really cheap for stacks of 20. Just pop one of those if you ever get low on mana. You don't even need to spec BM for the vast plurality of group quests either. lern2kite. | |

| Random Shit Thread seems like the place for this ... I haven't played WoW for roughly 11 months, I quit before Ulduar because I fucking hate the Vehicle Mechanic in WoW. In my time off I leveled a SK to 80 in EQ2, I tried Vanguard til the mid 20s, played Aion to level 27 and I re-subbed SWG about 6 months ago. I have been pretty active in SWG and and while it has been fun the server performance is killing me, SWG could actually be a good game if they would fix the mass pvp lag. My SWG sub ends tomorrow, I am trying to decide if I should A) stick with SWG B) quit SWG and sub WoW C) quit SWG and give Aion another shot D) quit SWG and play my 360

| dx10 didn't really have any new methodologies of rendering of the magnitude that dx11 is proposing. tesselation is subrendering, there is no question it will look better. the problem is one of performance. I'm not sure that you can have a tesselation amount slider, it's either on or off. But if you could vary the amount, even having a little bit of it will make objects have far more surface complexity + detail and might not lower framerate noticably. This could turn it around for wow textures. |

| why is it that every time someone suggests the mere possibility that things could look better than WoW, someone comes up and rambles about how it would not work in boss fights or pvp - I thought it has more to do with netcode than with the mere 850million polygons per second an up to date graphicscard can render (example: eve online, you cant tell me that the mostly black screen and ui cause all the lag ...)
