| For whatever reason, I started thinking about this game again today, so is there any insiders with information on when beta starts? Google let me down with no definite answers(Final Fantasy XIV Online • FFXIV Closed Beta Information) so I just need to know. If anything though, a release date set to next year makes me excited, but I still want to see this game in its beginning stages for some reason. I really must get into beta somehow! |

+1 Internets | There are quite some other classes which can tank, including endgame, if they have the gear, and proper support though, pld/nin is probably the 'easiest' and by far the most used. (Thinking of nin/drk, rdm/nin, yes even blu/nin which was amusing at tiamat, or ie in salvage mnks are more often the tank of choice) I really hope they do not mess 14 up, great story line, as for me (and I think many others) 11 is a bit dead in the water, loosing quite a bit of the NA/EU people. Still plenty of JP's around for some reason.

Mostly the social retards, housewives that have spent years cultivating their legion of cybersex partners and the handful of people who still own a compaq presario. You'll also have the legion of "WoW sucks, waiting for x" who will play the game for a day, proclaim it as the best fucking thing ever, earn it 400,000 box sales alone, then two weeks later finally wake up and say it was disappointing and only if cryptic/ncsoft/sigil/funcom/soe/etc... had given it more time and attention it wouldn't have turned out so bad. They will then all return to WoW for another month before canceling their sub and then eagerly awaiting the next game to dissapoint them. |
