Uhh. I think you missed the point there, bucko. Zam could own 100% of all MMO-related websites and a chain of donkey porno sites to boot and I wouldn't give a shit because they are hosted on seperate websites on seperate servers instead of being piled into one ginormous piece of shit that takes forever to click around on.

Fuck, I hate having to wait forever for the damn realms to get back online... happens every bloody patch day. Oh, and enough about which addon client is better. Everyone has their own preference, deal with it.

I stopped using curse when it seemed like everybody who got keyloggers were using some form of the curse client(or getting their mods from there).

I will also admit the GUI sucks.... It looks like something a new programmer would make. Heres a tip, people like EASY. I hate searching on cursed.. and also hate downloading. Its a pain in the fucking ass.

I do think curse is doing the player base a great service, but I think that service has gotten shittier with every iteration of the website. They seriously need to fire whomever made the GUI and hire someone who understands what people want out of a website(see wowhead). Actually, didnt you guys already do that when you stole wowhead's layout for your item database?

I don't at all understand why they even try to say the servers will be up by 11:00am. It never happens. What patch have they ever had the servers up at normal time? At this point why don't they just say they expect the servers to be up by 5:00pm. That way if they are up sooner it makes them look better, and if they aren't until 5:00 nobody is crying. (well mostly) Because you know there are people on the WoW forums right now screaming "OMG YOU SAID IT WOULD BE UP BY 11! YOU LIED TO US"

It's fixed, bnet accounts can log in but no servers are up.

Not much really. It is nice if you need to retrieve old blizzard games (I grabbed diablo and SC off of my empty cd cases) but doesn't really offer anything for WoW right now. It is a good concept overall though and should make managing multiple games easier down the road some.

Quite a few people have seen their accounts stolen by someone else creating a battle.net account and then grabbing their WoW account. I did my own after a friend got nailed this past weekend.

Basically you have you CD-keys saved online and can download any game you tie to your account.

Also, you are exposed to random durations of time where you can't log into WoW for any reason except the fact battle.net is tied to your account. If you have a handle on your CDs and keys, don't do it until you have to, it just causes trouble.
