Last week's Hodir I got lucky with storm clouds and I came in #1 on both DPS and healing. Max JoL tick on most bosses is around 1400, with the average being 1000-1100. It's pretty much fucking amazing for melee classes and really the only thing that makes melee healing bearable on alot of fights (read: Mimiron).

Man, i cant believe i didn't think to switch out JoL last night on hodir.. I feel like a retard now, it would have made that fight wasy easier to heal for the melee we had :\ specially with the extra buffs. (I was running as Ret)

We never have it, cause our paladins are fucking shit and have trouble doing their normal healing shit AND moving out of stuff, let alone keep a judgement up. And no ret anymore. Hopefully we'll recruit new ones now that one of them left because "he wasn't having fun anymore". Fucker managed to die on 4 fucking different X002 attempts(over 2weeks, just various usual shitty raid start wipes) on the FIRST tremor, when his assignment was keeping up the tank and himself ONLY.

Usually there are other ret paladins so i've always just kind of stuck with wisdom and forgot about it. Lesson learned though!

Stupid thing is i judge light in as holy but i judge wisdom as ret, aww well. I shall switch my ret judgement around :P

Yesterday we tried Flame Leviathan for the first time (that's super casuals for you) and we had a totally fucked up bug: vehicles where I jumped on, losed after 1-2 seconds 90% of their max hp value, as in: I jumped on a bike that unmanned was at 504.000 hp and it dropped down to 50.400 hp, making me basically useless and killed by the boss in a few seconds.
If I jumped on someone else demolisher, I basically halved their hit points total, they went from 600k or so to 300k or so.

I know hp are related to items level average and stuff, but while I'm equipped with junk gear, it gave me no real problem until our first wipe at the boss. Our best geared players had 550k or so hit points on a bike, I had 504k only, but that would have been manageable.

During all the clearing of trash and the first boss attempt (we didn't even read a strat beforehand) I had my happy half million hit points, after we released and teleported outside the boss room for the second attempt, this bug occurred.

I tried logging off, dismissing pet (I'm a hunter), calling pet back, getting buffs, not getting buffs, jumping from a vehicle to another,unequipping and re-equipping all my gear and so on, to no avail: all vehicles gave me the same bug, basically losing the last number in their hit points value and making me useless.

Doing a quick google search, I found out it could be related to not wearing anything in the shirt slot, to which I laughed, but even after equipping a shirt, I still had the same issue. I tried tabards too, cause a retarded bug is a retarded bug and you may never know, but no luck either.

Anyone got this shit happening and if so, how did you fix it?

Did you try deleting your WTF/interface folder and restarting your PC? Oh wait, sorry...went into GM mode there for a second.

Only thing I can think of off the top of my head is letting your instance soft reset, or just not getting into a vehicle. Unless you're doing multiple-towers, just not using one person isn't going to make/break your raid.

If it happens again I'd just petition it. GM will probably not know what the fuck is going on, have you do a bunch of stupid shit, then give up, escalate it and three weeks later when the problem fixes itself and the escalted petition finally gets responded to they'll say, "Glad to hear it! Is there anything else? No? Have a wonderful day!" and that'll be the end of that.

They better fucking remove School of Hardknocks from meta requirement. This shit is retarded.

I PVP on my ret pally because they cant balance PVP or Arenas for shit, and here I am with 0 resilience attempting these achievements on my Spriest.

Gimme a god damn break. Don't wait until the last fucking second to try and do it then. Plenty of people have done em on plenty of characters, some perhaps with more ease than others but ANYONE with some dedication could do it without a lot of trouble.

how exactly? I explode. Like literally explode. And there seems to be a million Rogues, DKs, and Ret pallies with a hardon for killing PVE geared chars in BGs.

There's a reason I pvp on my ret pally, its because PVP fucking sucks on spriests.

Having done School of Hard Knocks on

a Marks hunter with zero resilience;
a Prot warrior with zero resilience;
a Disc priest with zero resilience;
a Mutilate rogue with zero resilience;
a Demonology warlock with zero resilience;
an Enhancement shaman with zero resilience;
a cat Feral druid with zero resilience;
a 73 Arcane mage with double digit resilience;
and a 76 Holy paladin with just over 100 resilience

and having gotten them all through in two days, I feel confident in saying L2FP. AV and AB are about not playing on a shitty computer; in EotS, if you can't carry defend someone who is and ask them if you can get the cap at the end; for WSG, lead the pack of useless assmunches in mid to the flag carrier (they're fodder) and know that the flag falls to the right of the carrier (their right). If you're still having issues surviving long enough to do anything, consider a 51/0/20 hybrid spec, which should keep you alive and have enough offense to it that you can kill people if necessary.

I would say that BGs is a lot dependent on the skill/organisation of your team. I've been in enough BGs as healer on my priest to know that your being ass-raped by two rogues whilst some idiot is jumping around doing nothing but yelling 'FFS heal' at you that you ain't going to get far.

I've also been in enough premades which as long as people know what they're doing and have a plan, you can roll BG after BG very quickly. Actually its not even that. Its just having someone say what to do, sort out groups so that healers and DPS are in the right places. Hell, I even did most of them in a Holy PVE se-up with little/no PvP talents.
