| Necros do suck in groups at level 85 once the melee get decent weapons even a mediocre groups can take down a 200k mob in 20 seconds or less . Necros just dont have the ability to put out worthwile DPS in that short of a period. Nercos on the other hand still have ability to solo to 85 with ease without using a merc and can put out frightening amounts of DPS on raids. |

| Just and update for anyone curious: the channels still go up to general3 and general4, so the population has stayed about the same, maybe with a 5-10% drop from normal players that just came to dink around, but it all seems pretty good so far.

| It might work out. Problem is you lend yourself to casual players who sometimes are not the best players. So it could be tough, trying to raid a couple times a week only, with players that don't really care if they perform that well on raids. |

| I think the coolest thing is that is has more of an old school feel than any other server. I've been playing on my home server for a few months and then decided to roll on Mayong with some friends. It has all the things I loved in EQ... Trains, fighting over camps, people stealing kills, and most of the time I can get a group within minutes of going LFG. I don't know how long this will last but, it's been a great experience and the population is very friendly and helpful. I'm playing a Bard named Staccato and trying to learn the ropes again. |

+71 Internets | Weekend casual EQ raiding is the most hilarious thing you will ever experience. Just don't do any encounter that requires people to react to the mob sending them a tell that says "FUCKING MOVE NOW." They won't. At the same time, those same dumbfucks will constantly blab about how ez mode wow is and you'll slap yourself on the forehead so hard you'll leave a dent. Hi-larious. |

When people call wow ezmode, they dont mean raiding. They are talking about the solo quest grind to max level. In reality most people are not hardcore raiders, not even here.
