Heh, well that would be Mortal Terror, our new guild. Basically, I lead the only successful tranquility raids (at one point the other officers attempted to do vallon zek while I was out, they wiped miserably with 0 organization) I'm not trying to say I'm hot shit, because this is fucking EQ, but the leadership left in that guild is just fucking awful. The leader is a 15 year old kid, who left every raid we had in the first 30 mins to go play basketball or some shit spontaneously. Then a couple other officers had pets and shit go crazy in NToV and I had to tell them to control their pets or kill them. That night (after we successfully killed the entire wing) I was demoted because they "didn't like the way I treat the other officers" which made me lol.

Anyway, the good players left that guild with me, and we formed up MT.

There's 33 "title" mobs, and here's what's been killed already:

Venril sathir Remains "Lichbane"
Cazic-Thule "Fearless"
Innoruuk "Hatebane"
Trakanon "Venomscale"
Dain Frostreaver "Dainreaver"
Avatar of War "Warbringer"
Vulak`Aerr "Templebreaker"

Other notable npc's have been killed but with no titles, like Gorenaire, Talendor, Severilous, Phinigel Autropos, Sleeper's Tomb Ancients (not the warders, they gave us the shaft and put ST2.0 in), Zlandicar, Klandicar, Sontalak, Aerin`Dar, Vallon Zek, Tallon Zek, uhh that's all I can remember right now.

A zerker is indeed great dps but they're even more dependent on a killer weapon and AA than rogue probably. Though I'm hoping more people roll them as I think I've only seen one in all of my groups. A zerker was part of my static on FV and once they got a good wpn and AA they were absolute rape.

People are making too big of a deal of titles really. Because a month from now when killing Vulak and Dain don't mean a damn thing the only title that will be impressive is the one from the hardest mob.

What's your name in game Ruination? And weren't you on FV on us too at some point?

Yeah i'm Zithax (Berserker) and Zithien (cleric), I use a dreadfall pike on ber right now, prob best zerk weapon on the server atm. I parsed top 5 dps in every fight, above wizards/mages and shit.

I was on FV as Teludar/Zeludar/Veludar. Rapetrain, homes

Oh yeah we did Yelinak too (forgot about him) title was "Clawreaver" none for killing king tormax

Can someone give me a crash course on EQ? I've only played for a couple weeks when it was first released. Other then that i know nothing about EQ. I have played EQoA/EQ2 a bunch.. not that it will help.

I just started playing on this server the other day and I've just been going through the classes trying to find out which one to play. I'm pretty sure i want to stick to casters (damage or healing) Anyone have a suggestion?

What is a good place to start leveling, what do you wish you knew when you first started playing? Started exploring around, but you kind of get thrown into the game without any real knowing. It's a bit overwhelming. (For me anyways)

I'm pretty bored with the current mmo scene and I've always wanted to see what EQ is about. Thought this would be a good time to try it out.

Clerics are NEVER out of demand. If there are 10 in a guild, they'll take more. It doesn't matter. And remember, 75% of the Clerics you /who are bots.

Yep and a lot of reality checks will be had when guilds aren't allowed to bring 40 mercs to raids in the later expansions
