I agree with a majority of the posts here thus far. The options are very much so inline with SOE's dismal vision and lack any creativity whatsoever. Maybe they will throw a curve ball when they release the poll to the live servers, but then again I wouldn't hold my breath based on their track record.

I was really tempted to startup eq again, but the options they present will keep me far from making any attempts.

Progression Server with a Discord rule set that also implements project M. Would make for an interesting 2 weeks.

Rallos Zek used to have item loot but it stopped meaning anything once augments were implemented and then got phased out completely later and then carried over to the server consolidations.

That list needs more PvP options period. If they do not get the necessary votes than fine but to just have a single basic Zek option? Very very bland. I'm sure there are additional ideas for server rulesets floating about so to see such a basic stable of choices is disappointing to say the least.

I would love a progression server with more details. Put a 1-2 month lock from the getgo but start it at Kunark. Then a month after that open Velious, that way there's things to do, plus 50-60 wasn't a cakewalk with the lack of newer zones, there's basically 3 places to level that entire time (and velious really just adds velks). After the Velious time lock then turn it over to play unlocked progression.

A RP server with combine could be sweet too, if nothing else than to slightly change the mold.

Progression + PVP would be awesome. Even those not playing would be entertained by the sheer drama that would result from that.

Yes. That's what Vanguard pvp was briefly. If they did that, I think they could have a hit server..
