+33 Internets | My guild is about 50/50 and every woman in the guild is also someone husband/girlfriend so we avoid the drama. The only flirting I notice is between the girls which isn't unusual to me, and I find it sort of surprising that there was some focus on the bi-sexuality thing, maybe it's where I live or something but girls flirting, kissing, and/or fucking each other isn't anything new or surprising. Even when alcohol isn't involved not sure what relevance that has on the statistic here or why it was even included. I've had 3 different girlfriends that had girlfriends while we were dating and every other girlfriend I have ever had has had more than a single encounter with other females; and I mean beyond making out. I was under the impression that it was pretty normal these days. My current girlfriend watches more Lesbian porn than I do, I watch her while I am waiting between flight points~ |

| Hey a poll on the internet! Time to lie like fuck and skew statistics because there's there is absolutely no repercussion. Especially a poll among online gamers. If I had a dollar for every company director, photographer, "up and coming musician" I met in an online world then I'd be the fucking millionaire wasting time. |

| I stopped raiding during patch 2.0 --> onwards but I stayed in the guild I was in. Shortly after TBC it fell apart. I always assumed it was due to the bullshit requirements for raiding at the time. I later switched to alliance, and my old guild leader looked me up and told me his wife (who was a priest in the guild) had gone off and fucked our main tank. Now, looking back, all of his "the chicks dig the Thunderfury" comments make much more sense.

| As a co-founder of a WoW raiding guild (if you can call what encounters we do now in WoW 'raids') I have/had a very strict no female policy. Not that I don't think women are capable, I just think it's not worth it. 100% of the time, and by 100% I mean every fucking time we have girls who raid full time we have problems. Cliques form around the girls, most of the time they don't even know what's happening but sometimes they do. I don't blame them, women tend to be more social and that's fine. In a hardcore situation, however, it can be a pain in the ass. If a male raider has a problem and is just looking to vent, we let him vent then he normally chills out. If a girl has a problem and vents, lines get drawn in the sand, as for some stupid reason guys think backing them up and picking fights gets them ... something. I have no idea what, but it's really retarded. For some reason it's the hardcore male raiders that get into it, the casual shitty players never get involved, which is sad because I could then just boot everyone involved. Until the ratio of girls to guys is better than 10-1 I will remain opposed to female raiders. We have 2 now, one doesn't talk on vent and hates everyone, so that works, and another is married to another raider. Hopefully I can keep it that way. Current 25 man content is fruitcake easy though, so I might stop caring either way, since if people don't raid we just do it with less. Makes it funner.

If I was cabaple of feeling remorse I'd almost feel sorry for the one or two actually talented women who play but get sucked into the whole drama llama bullshit. Then again, in the past ~10 years I've only ever met one or two actually talented women out of the hundreds of terribads I've gamed with so meh. I actually left a guild over bullshit like that as well though. Actually quit the game even. Back in EQ, we had a shaman applicant that was downright terrible at the game. I mean to the point where I could 10-box better then she could handle the one character. We were ready to deny her app, then her mother who was in the guild (Also a very terrible player, but she was cybersexing the French kid who was an officer) posts her picture. She's a hottie. She was pretty much guilded the next day. I wrote my 'goodbye' post which as you can imagine wasn't exactly full of "HUGGLES!" and "I'LL MISS YOU GUYS." Pretty certain that's a bridge I burned. Then again when the 10 worst players in the guild write a petition to have one of your best players kicked out because he's mean to girls you know it isn't exactly the environment you want to be a part of anymore. Of course it didn't help that it corresponded with the same week I got into the WoW beta. <3 One of the guilds I was in before that broke up when the guild leader gave CT loot to his girlfriends twink monk over full members. Was in another guild where the leader sold the contents of our guild bank and used the plat to buy cybersex with 'lesbians.' We had an Avatar of War despawned and our entire guild got a 'warning' for exploiting Yelinak because our MT fired arrows to build agro before engaging. That of course all got overturned when it was revealed that the gm was riding a rival guildleaders cock. The guild I formed in WoW got taken over by some goth chick and emo fag while I was gone for a week studying for my mid-terms. And guildmates wonder why I'm so full of hate when it comes to women. 8(

| Hahah, man. A few weeks ago, I find out that I'm on the same server as a friend from EQ1. What was the first thing we do? Start talking about how much females in Guilds in EQ1 sucked ass. And how most often, they are terrible players.

+88 Internets | Zehn you got some shitty luck but I have to laugh at you being in that guild with the lesbians getting guild bank contents. Still there is a reason you have so many +internets. That whole post being one of them just all kinds of win. I would love to see links to these guilds and or your posts of such on goings the drama must be some good reading. |

| I've always been somewhat nervous of girls who play MMORPG's because women, by nature, should be highly social beings. They just are. I find playing an MMORPG much more secluded and anti-social which tends to attract more males. It almost seems like the chick would need some kind of massive innate personality flaw to really get hardcore into MMO gaming to the point where they're in an elite tier guild. I was always really confused when guys in my guild kept talking about how their dream girl would play WoW with them all the time. Isn't the point of playing WoW to escape reality and get away from the bullshit of your girlfriend? |

| I'm not going to say I haven't had 'chick problems' in some guilds I've been in, but they're nowhere near as frequent or bad as some of you guys make it sound. Take a cold shower and calm down, gents, let's not get all homosexual up in here. |

| I don't take games as seriously as Zehn, but I too am puzzled by the defending of women. Who gives a fuck? Just because you hear a female voice on ventrilo does not mean she is attractive. My gallantry is proportional to a woman's attractiveness. If I see a woman playing World of Warcraft, I assume she is hideous until proven otherwise. Hence, I do not defend her from other non-sexists who call her out for being a moron. In World of Warcraft, everyone has a story about some lameass woman leaving the guild, and 4-5 whipped tag-alongs leave with her. And you know she's ugly, because if she weren't, she would have posted pictures. |

Thank god that shit happened after the kill, would have been an instant wipe. As for people automatically defending women, I think it's some stupid instinct bullshit some guys have to be chivalrous. Just make people sign a legal document prior to joining reinforcing "Bros before hos", violation thereof results in them being cleansed from the gene pool.
