I'm guessing this little feature will be more popular amongst the female players, but that's just me.

Coming up in a few months' time: faction change, race change, class change, buying "fluff" (either cool gear or abilities that don't do much but look nice), etc. And next year: Servers that'll let you buy gear, faster XP, and so on. Just you wait.

Does anyone think it's a bit funny/weird that you can change your hair/face in game for gold, but to do your skin color it costs money? I know it was unintentional, but the implications are a bit humorous

Why? So you can be undead or blood elf like everyone else? Taurens are fat and ugly and endurance was nerfed. Unless you'd go orc you have nothing to complain about.
