I don't understand how you could miss the memo about the Kithicor event. It was widely publicized in game, let alone by the players endlessly whining about it. Halloween 1999 was truly epic in MMO terms.

So how horribly over populated are DKs? Did it level out or are there still billions of them running around?

DK population on my server isn't to bad. I think a lot of hunters, rogues and shaman have rerolled DK. Usually when I do a pug raid there is 2-5 DKs in the raid. There have been a couple times when there has only been 1 though.

I think people will start migrating back to other classes with the release of 3.1

Anyone else think that the Bard would make a good choice for next class introduced into WoW? Make them have a healing tree, a dps tree and a group/raid buff tree. Having a instrument in their main hand increases their healing by +500% and having two weapons makes them a good dps class.

Unfortunately, Pandaren will most likely never be playable. China has a huge WoW playerbase, and they condemn the possibility of seeing a Panda get slain in the game because it is their national animal. Also, in Warcraft III, Pandaren were dressed Chinese-style (wicker hat, chinese robes) but their buildings and culture are more Japanese-oriented, which greatly offended China.

So I think the only way we'll ever see Pandaren in game is if 1) they completely remake the architecture and culture to make it actually Chinese without any other Japanese orientations and 2) they make Pandaren a neutral unattackable race (like the children in game).

I think the most obvious choice by Blizzard will be to simply let the mystery around the Pandaren go on forever, since Pandaria is a legendary land and it cannot be found with being guided by a Pandaren. They'll probably let some clues float about (such as Chen Stormstout's Empty Keg in Durotar), but that's about it methinks.

If your looking for a class to play Boomkin or Elemental Shaman are where its at. I have been in countless raids where I was the ONLY shaman and often times if there was another shaman he was enhance.

Rogues in raids seem pretty light now to butmelee classes aren't as popular a ranged DPS (boomkins in particular) in instances

DK's are mostly definitely NOT light and they are NOT in demand

Yeah, I got an 80 enhance shaman now, and just want to mess around with a tanking alt a bit and there is no way I am doing vanilla horde content again so DK was the only option. I think I will stick with him because I got a sweet ass name and it seems like tanks are always in demand.

Still not sure if I want to do enhance with my shaman or not. DPSing is a little mindless, and I don't think elemental is any better. I may end up switching to restoration again like in TBC. But I have only been playing a few days so too early to call on that.

They could always just let "defeated" Pandaren players fall down asleep with the ZZZ over their heads OR they could poof into little baby pandas that you could loot like the Turkeys. *except they wouldn't be roasted of course
