| Given the choice of patch this week plus minor animation bug on one race/gender combo and one unintentionally lengthened cooldown on a spell or waiting another fucking week...give me the bloody patch. |

+49 Internets | I was under the impression Ritual of Summoning was just going to shit out a Meeting Stone, so the cooldown thing somewhat confuses me as it was intended to have a cooldown. Did they perhaps mean the duration of the meeting stone is bugged at 2m?

| So with 3.0.8 likely to be released tomorrow anyone want to make predictions on the 3.0.8 FOTM class/spec's? I figured awhile back that the FOTM classes happen every patch and blizzard's patch cycles are so slow you can expect to be OP for a good 3-7 months. So instead bitching about it why not roll that class/spec and enjoy it. From what I can tell at the moment Death Knights are having their blood spec boosted to possible be able to tank maybe? Frost is getting a tank buff. Rogues are getting nerfed "Read: HAT bug Fixed". Hunters are getting BM nerfed but survival is shaping up to be just as OP as BM was before. Is this true? Anyone been keeping up with the EJ threads and have more info?

BM hunters are being overnerfed, from top3 DPS to probably low hybrid level. Survival however is getting buffed to a very decent level, probably high hybrid level, and gives refreshment. DK Tanking is improving across the board, with a rather small nerf to overall unholy mitigation and AE threat, but with a buff to antimagic stuff(+10% magic reduction and 15secs off AMS cooldown). Blood will probably be viable, should somewhat be a bear like spec, with more soaking abilities, and at the same time very powerful self healing abilities. Frost is becoming slightly more solid through UA, but it's the most static of the builds. All the builds will sadly probably be the best or 2nd best for the particular role, making DKs the best tanks in the game for about every encounter. Even more so than currently(it's already the case to be honest). I'd expect some nerfs for ulduar patch, or running without a geared DK tank is gonna be a liability, just like it was usually more annoying to have a paladin or a druid MT back in BC instead of a prot war. DK DW DPS is getting a huge nerf, but it should still be reasonably high(high 5ks) and still rape on AEing situations due to HB not really being much more limited than before, or KM being much worse than before. Builds and gearing might change slightly. PvP DK is getting a huge nerf across the board, Rune Strike nerf, Survivabilities nerfs(IBF AMZ BS), Gargoyle nerf(which affect DW DPS less due to addition of various buffs too like necrosis/IT trinket), Mark of Blood nerf. Chances are it'll still rape people anyway, and 2H frost is getting a buff with KM change, so it might become the new unholy. AE healing for druids and priests is getting nerfed by adding a 6secs cooldown to CoH/WG, with no compensation. Holy paladin AE healing is getting a rather huge boost by increasing the holy light glyph radius to 15(20?) yards. Mages are getting buffed, even though I'm not sure of the details. HAT Rogues are getting nerfed if they were stacked together, but HAT still works in a crit heavy DWers group. No other buff for rogues, so they'll mostly still suck until next patch. Elemental shaman extremely buffed, they're currently the worst class in the game, they should be buffed to decent levels(middle of the pack). Also some utility added, mostly in AEing stuff. Warriors were supposed to be nerfed, but don't think it'll make it, so not much changing for them(Sudden Death and Deep Wounds nerf incoming later though, maybe the SD nerf actually makes it in this patch I'm unsure). | Sudden Death is already nerfed in this patch; no Deep Wounds nerf has been specified yet, though it is in the works for the future. Looking forward to that one, I sure hated having a fun DPS talent in my Prot build. |

I only just started raiding, so my gear is pretty lacking (Wearing like 3 BS items still because items I need refuse to drop in Heroics). After a few pieces I should catch up in HP pretty easily (they're already wearing mostly all epics).
