I swore myself off WoW, as I did not enjoy B.C. that much. However, Wrath has enamored me with the game again. Blizz did an outstanding job on Wrath. The intro quests are probably the best in the game, and the DKs are kick ass. Now if they could just get PvP right...

Cripes, 1260 person queue on Cenarius. Enjoying the hell out of the expansion thus far though, the zones are all beautiful, the mobs animated well (my favorite are the sea giants that explode into sea water and seaweed when killed), all that stuff. I've done The Nexus and Uthgarde and both were a blast, Uthgarde being cooler because the last boss in it sounds just like Heavy Weapons Guy.
The only bad thing is that respawns on quest mobs take so long with the huge crowd of people. I've seen shorter lines in Disneyworld.

I know no one cares but just need to say, got 300 mining (finally) cleared the bags, loaded up the bank with 200 slots of future BS mats, AH'd the stuff I know i'm not going to use.. now i'm off to level. Thank god.

Yeah we've got an 800 person queue on Barthilas at 2 in the afternoon on saturday.

Well depends on where you get the client. From a newsgroup it took me like 30mins to download the 8-9gb client, but from a torrent it'd be slow as shit most likely. Then you have to buy a key online, which is more or less from sketchy websites that might or might not have up to date info so you might not get them right away. Probably a better choice to just head to your nearest shop and grab a copy.

Queues speak volumes on the money they're making though. They should release wow on Wii, and then they could declare independance and create Blizzardland, and buy half of south america.

Most of my guild has gone to BT instead of HF. Being Horde I wish them well and watch their cries of "goddamn alliance!" in guild chat. Meanwhile, over in the Fjords, the only allies I see are from one of the three resident "kill everyone" guilds and I'm mostly seeing their corpses. Ah, expansions...sorry guys, you were "scary" until Thursday, now you're just a HK waiting to happen.

I'm enjoying the expansion but I'm hating the chat that comes with it. It is like people have lost the ability to read or something. Quest text isn't that vague, read it and follow the fucking instructions. I swear, if questhelper, carbonite or whatever else people are using didn't exist 80% of the player base wouldn't make it out of their starting zones.

I'm living on this really cool continent south of Asia. You know, big deserty place, good beaches, funny accents and lots of venomous animals.

I'm having a lot of fun playing these DK quests. Makes me miss the days of the old horde, or wish we could stay evil the whole way through. There's a certain something about being completely hellbent on slaughter and destruction that you just don't get playing a good guy.

These are forced queues. Friends are saying there aren't more players than normal on their servers (Illidan/Tich). Probably trying to stifle the crowds, lag etc on purpose.

Right click general tab, create new tab, call it guild, right click it, and set the visible channels to guild (and whispers if you want). I switch to this tab whenever I don't feel like reading tard chat.

Nihilum/SK cleared Naxx25 apparently, its been 48 hours since game has been out. lol! I'd expect by the tuesday reset a whole bunch of guilds to have completely finished all three 10 and 25 man raids. Meanwhile I've played nearly 20 hours since launch and I'm still level 71 Oh well taking it nice and slow, really enjoying just wandering around and exploring zones.

If you visit the zone north of Howling Fjord (Dragonblight I think?) go to the Titans Walk, its pretty damn cool. Theres a giant Titan neutral guy who wanders up and down, he is amazing looking. Whats even more epic is what he does when he comes to a hole in the road...
