Just focus on healing the tank and yourself. If all the DPS dies, it's still fine.

If your group stacks properly, CH spam > this fight. Positioning is everything. (Which is why it's horrible to pug.)

Let me guess, you retards who can't spend 10 seconds reading a quest are the same ones that will then bitch that there isn't a story in wow and that the world and all of that are completely irrelevant? There is very little in terms of 'filler' for quests in the current content, and you'd probably have more fun reading them than coming here complaining about how QuestHelper or Carbonite broke for a day.

Don't give me that 'speed' bullshit either, comprehending what is going on is always faster unless you're in some remedial reading shit. Hell, following the fucking arrows takes as long as reading the quests. It took me just over 3.5 days to hit 80 on my DK with no rest XP and not skipping any Northrend quests. AND I read every goddamn one because the storylines are interesting, so I really don't wanna hear about how you can use Carbonite and hit 80 in 3.45 days and the game is terribly difficult and time-consuming without it.

All stack on the tank, burst him down while the healer spams his group heal. We have killed him a couple times in under 40 seconds this way.

We originally tried the running out approach but our healer(s) just couldnt grasp it. Our typical group make up is a disc priest, ret pally, prot warr (me), hunter, DK (blood) all in a mix of badge gear and heroic gear.

Exactly, and then they bitch about how boring the game is and how there's nothing to do when they hit 80.

It's not about efficiency or anything. It's about fucking laziness, plain and simple. We've got a couple people who admit it, if you're watching TV and playing the game, that's fine. At least you know why you're using it. For everyone else who insists the game is too fucking hard to actually read the 2 sentence blurb at the top of the text in your log, you're all tools, and you're bringing down the fucking average in this game. The sooner you admit you're part of the problem, the better.

Far and away, the leveling grind in this game is miles ahead of every other game, and yet there are still people who feel the need to skip half of it because it's too fucking difficult to read 2 lines.

Actually, I love the lore and I love the lore in Wrath of the Lich King. Some of the best quests I've ever been through.

Crying about Loken wipes... guess what if you can't do it after a few tries then you are fucked on hard raids. You are safe in most of Naxx but have fun on Heigan (not that he's hard but this is the kinda thing you'll fail on in T8).
Loken is one of a minority of heroic bosses where you have to actually fucking do something yourself, or if your group sucks then get a guild and don't stay in shitty pugs?

Can't/Won't read quests... well why on earth play an RPG in the first place. Just hire a random chinese person to level it for you and save us some time from reading your helpless baby posts when it breaks and you shit yourself.
The quests and lore makes this expansion really stand out and it is sad that so many decided to follow an arrow instead.
