Ezra Phoenix Chatterton of Wow passes Away.

Last Week,

Wow and more Importantly the world lost Humble Young Man, for those of us that Had meet him, in short time he was here with us he touched us deeply, Never once did He whine or give up about anything both in game and out.

If only More People in World even adults, let alone children that are Terminally sick could be as Postive as he always was, never once feeling sorry for his self our planet would be better place.

Ezra you will be Deeply Missed.

Early last week, we received word that Ezra Chatterton had passed away. For those of you unfamiliar with this courageous young man, Ezra visited Blizzard Entertainment in 2007 through the Make-A-Wish Foundation, armed with the desire to design and implement his own quest in World of Warcraft. To this day, we remain inspired by the creativity, intelligence, and passion he displayed during his visit. We were extremely fortunate to have had a chance to get to know and work with Ezra, and our sincerest condolences go out to his family and friends.

That's too bad. I remember hearing about this and I believe the item is still in game correct? Or was it just given to him directly? Really cool on Blizzard's part.

Yah Some us got to know him last year and it was great.He was such Amazeing kid.

I made new thread cause its very , very sad and other thread today of wow 11 million, is already haveing players Derail it but Hey thats what FoH always been about all sides of views on MMO's.

I have 2 young daughters 1 is 1 year older then he was and other same age, they have wow accounts but, Point is Wow is game after all, we all sometimes need to be reminded of that when we all get so passionate on this site bashing each other that their are kids out their , can even Terminally sick Teach Us all something not to be so negative so often.

As Said we got chance to Meet him, and never once was he ever bitter or angry, Hell Most of Us Adults let alone kid could never do that and be that strong.

Yeah I have a 6 year old myself and if 1 person felt it was so I cleared up the edit, I def. think what they did was cool.

Yea that was terrible news, I cant imagine being a parent and dealing with that. The s2 crossbow was named after him, there was a quest he voiced, and he got to fly the first phoenix mount if I remember right.

Was nice of Blizz to do all that.

This is sad news, indeed. I can only hope all the love and support he received made his tragically short life happy and full.

Sad news, indeed.

If I worked at Blizzard, and I got to be one of the guys that showed him around the office, showed him the game from the inside, and saw his face lighting up when we made him the item & the quest, it would have been my best day at work, ever, without a doubt.
