Though I'd argue this is the kind of discussion for some other forum altogether.

| Bear runs really arn't that hard. They just take people who arn't morons. The 10 person group I ran them with was finishing with 4~5 minutes remaining on the clock on our good runs. Although, we had just as many if not more nail biting sub 10 second remaining completions as well. This was without any shamans, heck... The one run we had a Enhancement Shaman come we cleared it with well over 5 minutes remaining (albeit, he was geared out in T6/Sunwell). My guild never set foot in Tier 6 outside of a couple of Rage kills. All our gear was ZA/T5/Badge. The hardest part is just learning the run and what corners to cut. Once that's done it's just simple repetition. Honestly, the hardest part for my group was always the Gauntlet heading to Eagle. Then mabey the Bear->Dragonhawk. Other then that... it's more or less a joke. |

| I've mostly avoided bear runs but did one last night, since the "last chance" aspect was too tasty to pass up. The hardest part, with a competent and well-geared group, is getting your tauren through the second hut window on the way to the eagle. It was damned tricky, but I persevered, and was victorious. First successful bear run I went on (two fails), and won the roll. Tee hee. I hope 9/10 people who have one quit WoW. They're really common as dirt on Hyjal, but part of that has been my own guild's efforts selling the runs for about 10k a pop. Some day they're going to be pretty damned uber. |

| I don't think it was ever announced, it should be interesting to find out. I'm guessing either a big pile of gold, or a chest slot item.

| This screenshot combines a few weird things from a while ago, and is relatively on topic! 1, vanishing while feared 2, how awesome it was when you could kite Galv to Alliance base 3, pre-change white mechanostrider, still on that account too. Rarely ever see that mount these days, if ever. Never upgraded it to the gimpy looking one. F-bears. ps 21/8/22 4life. |
