I'm back to liking my engineer a lot, but I really wish they'd make turrets non-aggro until they or their engineer attacks something.

So many adds from that, and the class doesn't really have a lot of CC at the level I'm at.

Anyone try that squared addon? i cant click half the names of people who are right next to me and now i cant get my warband windows open again.

They have that. Right by the pet frame (with the little picture of the turret) there are 3 arrows to the left of it. The top is kill everything you see, the middle is only attack what you attack and the bottom one makes it so it just sits there.

Do the renown gear vendors only sell gear of the same tier the zone they're in is? The guy in Nordland stopped offering new gear at like rr9, so I went to the Troll Country and couldn't find the renown vendor there at all. Flew to the capital city and the vendor there is only selling rr40+ stuff.

And the squared addon is working fine for me, sometimes it won't let me click on someone, but the default battleground frames do the same thing.

I assume you mean Sudden Accusation. It ticks ever .5 seconds that you are moving for up to 15 seconds, hence the shit load of ticks you got. I love using it on people and see them run away as they get low on health, only to get lower a lot faster. I've been pretty happy with my WH. I pretty much always top the damage for melee in the scenarios I play in, behind a BW's. I'm happy to see that most people think that they are underpowered though, that will just lead to buffs in the future hopefully.

For all the people looking for a decent server, Azazel seems pretty damn good for Order at least. I've only been in a queue twice and both were less than 1 minute and the skill balance between Order/Destruction seems pretty good. Plus, you get to kill three different guilds full of Goons as Order.

Some random pictures, first is a huge keep taking zerg we had last night, 3 warbands full. The other is a Skaven cave with a hamster water bottle thing in it, lol.

head to a keep in T2+ areas, renown vendor/trainers are at the top of any keep you control.

Thanks, guess that means I'm pretty much fucked since horde was controlling the only keep I saw on the map earlier.

T2 renown gear has pretty bad stats for a lot of classes, and lots of talisman slots which you can't really fill unless you make talismans(and even then it's annoying). Only good stuff out of it seems to be jewelry since it's pretty balanced, and everyone can uses toughness or wounds+3resists.

Unless you're anti pve, just check wardb and run a few specific PQ for important slots(weapon, chest, 2nd weapon if you have a shield or DW) and you'll be set. Some classes renown T2 renown gear is worse than quest greens 4-5levels lower too, see Magus, with awesome stats such as strength on their T2. Hell even the lvl9 T1 chest was worse than a quest reward from lvl 6, bugged armor or something.

The turret's setting doesn't matter at all; basically, engineer turrets are treated like PCs by aggro mobs.

So if an aggro NPC paths by a turret, it will attack the turret even if the turret doesn't fire on it.

I don't know if magus pets work the same way, but I'd assume they do.

I was finishing off a battle at chapter 8, elf area. My flame turret spins around and nukes a rabbit. I'm not sure why, but I found that hilarious.

Hey whats the deal with renown gear anyhow. Im only level 14, as i have been enjoying the ride. It seems to me that i havent had any use for the renown gear, its always worse then my Public quested gear.
On Ulthuan, order is doing ok, so ive been to a couple tier two keeps.
On the renown gear vendor, nothing was better then what i had.
I'm sure this changes later, but i kept reading these posts saying get renown rank 6, rank 9 rank 12 your gear will pwn.
From what ive seen in the low game the public quested gear is better.

They really need to fix that aggro NPC shit. This happens with the Sorc/BW AE root, and I assume most every other AE hostile spell as well. Even NPCs that should be friendly (like the DE you're supposed to "rescue" in Shadowlands as a DE player) will aggro on you if you hit them with an AE spell. They're orange-colored like any other NPC, but some lazy Mythic dev needs to get their ass in there and change every NPC which shouldn't be hit by player AEs.

And thanks for the nudges to Ostermark. This server is definitely a blast. We had great RvR battles all night in the Greenskin/Dwarf area (T1), and some really good players on both sides. There's a distinct lack of guilds, however (and no "mainly RvR" guilds at all that I could find), but it's been a ton more fun than Phoenix/Newbie Throne, not to mention my Archmage being vastly more fun to play than the Sorcerer.

Skull Throne is getting too tough to log on to now. I cant even queue half the time when I try at prime time EST. Easy enough on my days off but I've been lvl 18 for days now.

Anyone on Order Averheim? I started up an Ironbreaker there and we won a good amount of T1 scenarios. Healthy population too from what I saw. Seems like some organized guild there but probably a Destruction Zerg. I'm gonna make that my second Order home I think unless someone wants to give me a pro-tip on a good Order server. I dont need to be dominant, just competitive and someplace I can log on ...

Try running around as a Chosen. Our auras pull every single thing we go near.
