| Hrmm, I'll have to try some other classes. Played rune priest to 9 today, and combat seemed pretty much perfect. Hit a button, activate ability, wait for CD, hit it again. Works and animates as expected. The regen rate on "mana" sure makes for fun. So I guess it needs to get fixed like this for alot of other classes? |

| Ugh, melee combat is so clunky. If I hit my attack before the cooldown is up, just give me an error message... don't go through the motions of activating the attack, only to tell me that my skill is unavailable. This makes it very frustrating when trying to establish any kind of rhythm. Think I'm going back to my arch mage until they fix this.

+5 Internets | My first-day experience as a Witch Elf was smooth once I got patched. No crashes. Starting area was plenty of fun -- similar quality of content to WoW newbie zones. The Tome of Knowledge is really satisfying, and being able to queue up for PvP now and then from level 1 (and get rewards and levels from it!) sure is a nice break from doing quests. The Khaine's Embrace scenario is pretty fun. I hope there are more I can do soon. The 2 public quests I've found so far are neat, and it's a fun idea, but I hope that the rest don't just follow the same formula of "kill X of mob A, Y of slightly harder mob B, and a boss mob." So far, the only issue I've encountered worth complaining about is that some mobs will lag out once in a while for 20 or 30 seconds giving you "not in range" messages until they rubberband back to where they're supposed to be, which is annoying, but hey, beta. |

Many follow that formula, but there's some variation. Some have you defend NPC's or artillery weapons from invading mobs. Others have you burn down tents or boats. Some have you gather things and others have you destroy supplies. There's 3 PQ's per chapter, so you should see a lot of them in a pretty short period of time. | |

| My first time in it so far and the combat really feels out of sync for me. I'm trying to play a squig herder atm and there is literally no combat feedback so I don't know if I hit or if my shots went off except looking at the enemy's red bar and see it go down very slowly. I just respawned into a questing area after a scenario and was swamped with mobs and no pet up. Still learning things now and hope it gets better. Pet pathing still needs to be worked on as well and the commands to pull him back after sending it in on someone is broken or something. I hope it's just this class that has a really bad feel to it but i'm gonna spend some more time on it. |

+4 Internets | The combat is close to perfect for me when it's not laggy. Today seemed laggy, which makes sense since servers were capped all day. Played Stonetroll Crossing for the first time, we got totally steamrolled by Order. I have no clue what happened or how to "pacify" the trolls. Does the person with the pacifier get some sort of buff? Maybe I was just too low to be in there even with bolster, but seemed like I barely dented the BW carrying it and I didnt see any healers near him. Speaking of Bright Wizards, that root sucks. I see how valuable the cc break skills are now. |

+1 Internets | Played for a few hours this afternoon/tonight, level 5 rune priest. My 5 minute impression was not very good. I did not like the animations, and combat was out of sync. Once I got out of the newb area to the second newb area with the public quest things smoothed over and man did I love doing the public quests. I will plunk down the money for this one. Defintely a decent game. |

| Its definitely laggy as hell tonight on some servers. Played Friday and Saturday and thought the combat was nearly perfect but for the last hour or so tonight I keep getting messages that the ability is not ready yet, when according to the CD meter it is. Overall a really fun weekend of playing though. Just was just a bit rocky but otherwise good times. |

| Played the nordenwatch scenario just now as destruction. An ironbreaker ran straight to the barracks flag and sat on it while a runepriest somehow got onto a building nearby. This prevented us from being able to take the flag. The runepriest was able to keep the ironbreaker up solo with our entire team of 12 beating on the ironbreaker. The order team took the other two points then rolled in and owned everyone, took barracks, then camped us into our spawn. ... |

| Tried four keep takes today. All four had bugged-out keep lords, making it impossible. I should have thought a few years of in-house testing would have caught game-ruining shit like that. That said, we have about a hundred people fighting around Mandred's right now, and the framerate is pretty decent, even with everything maxed on the ole' 8800GTX via nHancer. |
