+25 Internets | Twice tonight my team won Tor Anroc 500-499. Second was very tense. We were 499 and they were 470 when they got the bauble. Everyone kept screaming to just get one more kill, but we had just wiped so it was ticking up while we were sprinting back. Luckily I think X8 got the kill just in time. |

If someone like He Who Shall Not Be Named were to pop in here and claim Witch Elves should 2 shot every cloth class because they have no ranged attacks, no reasonable person is going to pay them any mind. With the change to root in (supposedly? I've not tried it) I'm more than willing to hold discussion until we see how it pans out. To play devil's advocate, if it's the opposite of what it was and Root breaks immediately upon any damage, that too would be broken and in need of fixing. I do still think knockbacks need looked at, in particular IB's. On a map like TA, unless you are hanging out near the spawn area, there is nowhere you can stand that is safe from being lava punted. | I re-rolled as an Ironbreaker and so far it is my favorite class to play. Something about chasing down healers and making 1/3 of their team stop what they are doing to take me out.. yeah that's fun. Some say IB are overpowered. Frankly, if someone comes at you with a huge two handed axe and chops at your neck, yeah you would likely die pretty quick... Oh, and for a while today, I thought the 'que any scenario' patch was bugged. Each time I que for all three, only Nordwatch would come up. I literally went all day doing Nordwatch while only having time to turn in the quests and que all three before it started again. Then finally, hours later, Ekrund popped up and I was surprised. | These are the issues I have with Warhammer as it stands right now, in general order of severity. 1 - FPS Studdering/Slowdowns This usually occurs when doing mass PQ's or loading textures into and out of memory and is quite annoying even with the addons and /reloadui. The client and server need serious optimization and/or upgrades. 2 - Scenario Lag I'm on the Dark Crag server which is one of the highest populated servers and during primetime the server just cannot handle the load. Instant casts become 2-3 seconds, you cannot cast a dot and people are warping all over the screen. This seems to be an issue with only a few select servers that have many scenarios running at the same time. 3 - General bugs Keep Lords randomly leashing...yada yada yada. General things that need to be addressed... 1 - Solo'ing in scenarios. No, I dont mean joining another group with your friends I mean the general way renown is shared in scenarios. It's completely out of wack right now with people not grouping and solo'ing just for an increased renown gain. I've seen people get over 9000 renown in a tier 4 scenario because they just ungroup and have a healbot follow them around all game while they tear off faces. This works for open RvR, it doesn't work for scenarios. Renown in scenarios should be shared with everyone in the area regardless of what group they're in, much like wow does it. Perhaps give slight bonuses to people who "contribute" to killing a person by a 5-10% margin but other than that it should be equal as long as you're in the immediate area around that person. All the way it works now is promotes the current state of a dps clusterfuck we see in every scenario. Tanks don't protect their back line people and healers just spam hots on everyone randomly in hopes to leech as much renown as they can. 2 - Some kind of explaination of how contribution works in keep sieges. I don't think anyone has any idea what makes you #1 in contribution or #10. I've busted my ass in a keep siege to end up with +500 and other times randomly 13-15th. I do the exact same thing every time.

+2 Internets | Scenario lag in Isha Temple was horrible last night for me on Skull Throne. Order got murdered most of the time too, that sucked. I like the scenario though. BTW the patch is delayed until later this week: Quote:
