Extreme isn't really extreme?

I am up on Extreme, but it's definitely appeared to have throttled itself, because it doesn't look nearly as nice as it did on my far shittier computer. I don't know what's up. I know that the game is far more CPU intensive over GPU intensive, but I do have a Q6600 quad...

It's weird.

Looks like a fun game with the right community. I havent really played since the expansion that released the Faes

EQ II is CPU intensive; you've more than enough GPU juice. If you're running a low-clock quad core, you've got the wrong set up for EQ2. EQ2 isn't great at multithreading, and isn't shit above 2 cores.

Right now, high clock dual is what you want if you can afford it for EQ2.

So much for that "over 50% female" from the last article. Closer to 20%. And 36% of those are depressed - no wonder it's so easy to bag yourself a cyber ho.

What server are the majority of you guys on? Thinking of making a troub, illusionist or one of the druids. Any recommendations?

Most folks play on Antonia bayle...biggest server over all.

I play on permafrost (origional home of mistwalkers and FoH too prior to the great free server transfer).

Playing an SK, lv75 atm on AB.
We usually do some instances/dungeon every other night.
Play mostly european hours aswell, but look me up if you're on and willing to group.. chances are we're doing something fun.
