Did a similar thing as my mage with the mana rods when people were asking for handounts outside of zones, as well as before they nerfed the ability for npcs/pets to proc the sword of runes on any of their targets. nothin like giving a level 3 orc swords having em proc the banish summon spell, gibbing lowbies at the starting areas.

I leveled a necro exclusively on pathing bugs from 1-52 back in luclin. Pathing bugs were awesome. I probably could have kept going but I stopped playing him.

How about the double bolt spell bug? I am not sure how well known this was, but if you were on just the right incline above the mob and casted a bolt spell it would always hit twice. I abused this one like crazy on my Mage since their highest damage spells were bolts, essentially doubling my dps for free. Both hits could even crit. This worked all the way until I quit at the end of PoP, but it no longer did when I logged in a few months ago.

Levelled from 48 to 61 or so in Plane of Mischief ( original ) on my monk exploiting the puppet show. Best shit ever. I was on constant GM watch though, had one show up a couple times and simply said I was enjoying the show... with half the audience missing. Oh and if you spent a while and got good at it, you could get lots of the puppets. I had 13 of each puppet at some point. Good times.


Also giving lowbie mobs the weapons from the PoM main room guys, knockback for the orc camps was hilarious.

Res sploit. Worked until pretty late in Kunark. Find a way to cause high latency on the player to be leveled, bind him next to a guard or something, and line up the clerics to res his corpse. How ever many "yes" boxes you could click on before LOADING PLEASE WAIT... you got exp for. Player loads, attacks guard, dies, rinse and repeat.

...To name one.

I made 19 million plat off a bug involving selling stacks of blue diamonds to a vendor. You had to time it right but you click trade and close the gump at the same time, you'd end up with the plat and the gems. I got banned shortly thereafter.

You could do this on any vendor after a patch or server downtime. Since their inventory of crap items would be empty, you could sell and rebuying them fully recharged the item. Worked on pumice stones or even the resurrection staff with charges that dropped from Vox.

My fellow Bard friend would sploit Melalafen in Westerns Wastes, getting Sontalek to attack and kill him.

Got 4 Cloak of Flames before he got bored.

Never showed me how to do it, either.

There was a spot above a rock in a corner inside a room in crystal caverns. Mobs couldn't attack you in that corner. So you could just pull trains and AE while standing on that little rock.

Also me and my druid pal used to quad kite giants in HH back in PoP using pathing exploit.

Group bonus xp with no range.

Group a bunch of bards, necro and/or wizards together (or whoever is up to solo in that zone that day). Have them solo far from each other in the same zone. Enjoy group bonus without actually sharing your xp with anyone.

Used to do that on my cleric (posted it in the PoM thread), thing was when I got like more than 2 puppets I had trouble looting the audience, as the puppets would insta rape me, especially bad if they werent at full hp (which was common cause they had no fucking regen), and thus summoned you until you died. Great exp and flowers/cards or whatever they dropped tho!

Edit: Also some Sullon Zek shit~ Xteaming with the other team, you could group with them (no idea why), and they were affected by group buffs, and when Luclin came out, group heals (Celestial Elixir I think it was), Evil + Good vs Neuts.... oh how I miss that rotten ass server and its lack of GMs and host of exploiters sometimes.

You could keep the res confirmation window up for quite a while...worked great for suicide PvP missions as well.
