here's a better trick for people just leveling 1 character: RAF a 10 day trial. Dual box a second wow window. Now, summon that level 1 alt to you. Let it die. Ghost run to your regular account, type in /follow, and then have fun on your main.

Remember, the rule is you have to be partied and the 2nd account has to be near you. Its ok if its a ghost. That way you won't ever aggro shit. You'll get 3x xp for mobs and quests, and since the 2nd char is dead it won't "steal" xp from you. You can only quest in old-school zones since the trial account can't zone into the TBC zones.

only for quests that are yellow or higher, and they have to be in same group and near each other

Do the mobs ever become too high leveled for the ghost that you can't get exp bonus?

The way its "supposed" to work is that if a mob or quest is grey to one person then the 3x xp does not apply, and that only the lower level person gets the 3x xp (so if one is 31 and the other is 32, the 31 will get 3x but not the 32). However, at the moment, this is bugged - as long as both characters are under 60, both will get 3x xp regardless of what levels they are. If either one is above 60 the 3x won't apply.

I imagine in the next few weeks they'll make it so ghost characters don't count, that both characters actually have to have the quest/mob be non-grey, and other loopholes in the system. For now, it makes it much easier leveling.

So I can take my account with a lvl 14 shaman.. make a 10 day trial and refer it back to the shaman account run the lvl 1 to me kill it have it in grp but in ghost form and then go quest and get 3x XP ? I am understanding this right ?

Just experimented with the ghost trick and it doesn't seem to be giving me the bonus on mob kills. Keeping it around for quest turn ins is still nice though.

quick question guys, how can i pass chatting in multiple windows via Keyclone?

if i do not pass / or change the talk to shift+enter on the other windows.. my other windows just use keybindings that way.. so if im typing i go back to another window my quest window map etc etc will be open.. any way to completely avoid this?

instead of using a black list, use a white list for the do not pass. I set mine to only pass 1-9, F1-F9, the arrow keys (to move them but not the main guy when the aren't facing the mob), and some other keys that are bound to macros. That way no windows ever pop up. And if you do want to pass the keys to them (say when entering the password onto all the clients), just set a key to override the DNP and that'll fix it

I got accused of being a cheater that levels multiple accounts in pursuit of profiting via selling accounts by some random gimp in the barrens while doing my totem quests.

I love people in this game so much =p

My god ZF is a pain. It's about a level+ per run which is nice, but the amount of Witch Doctors/Shadowcasters make it suck.

I run in mounted and gather up everything between the Graves area and the entrance. This is the longest part because of the amount of witch doctors which constantly heal and shadowcasters which perma-flee. After that, I kill all the scarabs in the scarab room, then do the graves. Stairs follow that. The tediousness of the first pull is making me stab my eyes out though.

I'm tempted to just use the ghost-follow trick once I hit 45 or 50 and level off 3x quest exp alone; I only really wanted to level one of these alts to play, so it wouldn't be that bad.

How do I get the Zhevra mount? I purchased retail WoW and a three month recurring sub on my trial account but see no option/info on how to get the Zhevra on my main account.

You should like, read the thread, it was explained earlier, but pretty much, you don't get a zhevra until the end of your free month if you use a CC sub because the CC isn't debited until after that free month. You have to use gamecards.
