I love the pace of leveling here, it makes shit actually enjoyable

I now have 3 lvl 40 shaman as 1 team then a 40 rogue/paladin grouped with my gfs 40warlock/priest as my second team.

This shit is awesome, i cant wait to get them all to 60+ lol, specially the shaman team

some people are rumbling that blizzard is claiming that a 70 grouped with RAFd people and still getting 3x xp may be a bug, so get yo shit done before they fuck it all up. personally i think its just tard GMs who don't know wassup, since having people level 1-60 fast isn't really hurting blizzard in any way, but ya never know.

i only do it for an hour or so a day, just got another group of 4 to 40 today tho. i start falling asleep after an hour

40-45 is the worst levels, may go quest in hinterlands tomorrow to break up the monotony

How many instances of WoW could I run on this setup?

C2Q GO stepping
4gigs ram(3.5)
win xp
8600GT Vid card

Also I have 6 office computers running
E2140's
2gigs ram
winxp
but using intels 82945G built in graphics

Would those even run wow with the intel graphics?

Any reccomendations how to 5 box with this setup? I also might 4 box some of the time and have one of my employees play a healer or tank box.

I'm going to play on the US servers from China after the Olympics end (Way to go Olympic lag). I havnt played on the US servers since MC first opened. It will be so nice to play with people around who speak my language.

Can anyone reccomend a decent server that is located on the west coast? East coast pings would be super high form China.

Still trying to decide a class makeup, was thinking 3 shaman, 1 Pally and X, 5 shamen, 5 hunters with pets, not really sure what to pick

My three year old run of the mill dell laptop with onboard video can run wow fine everywhere since I popped in 2gb of RAM so you should probably be able to work it on those desktops. Before I had 1gb and would get a huge framerate drop in outlands and in large group situations, but it was arguably playable.

Can probably run a wow on each of the crappy comp, and your main on your main. I run 4wow on my alt comp, which is 2gb ram 9600gt dualcore E2160 and 3 HDs(2wow on one, and 1 on each other). Doing whatever is the lowest wide screen resolution, everything else at minimum, works flawlessly, the only time it lags a bit is in orgrimmar.

As for the team, 1protadin and 4elemsham seems pretty common, you just have all the sham healing when needed, works good enough. I went for a "all flavored" 5man myself, protadin holypriest(might respec disc though) elemsham firemage felguardlock. It's arguably more work since every class has its own skills that you want to configure, but ends up with more different classes, which is nice. Probably couldn't do it without my G11 additional keys though, I have like 12keys already taken by random shit, and adding more every now and then. Shit like drain soul, shock, purge, psychic scream, curse, nova, sheep/banish/shackle. Also all of my numpad is for totems.

This might be pretty obvious but the FAQ is down on blizzards end... but if I reactivate my old accout and refer a friend from that, can I then roll an alt up on my account to play with her?

And she gets 3x exp if I outlevel her while I can also grant her a lvl every so often?

Granting levels only work from the ref account to the main account. She does get 3x xp even if you outlvl her, but if you fight stuff that's grey to you she's not gonna gain any xp.

Also unclear if your old account is the account with the alt or not, if it's not you won't get 3x xp

you can only grant levels to a character below the characters level that is granting it

I only have one account (currently inactive) and only plan on using one... but I'm bored and might restart with a friend who has never played WOW. So if I rolled up a lvl 1 to play with her on my account while she uses the trial account linked to my main, then we both share in the 3x, right?

Indeed. Every two levels she gets, you can add a level to any of your toons below 60 too.

Me and my buddy hit 60 yesterday with about 17 hours /played. We started late saturday night and didn't play at all on monday. $$

We used his 70 mage in s3/s4 for the instances up to ST. For ST and after we used his s3/s4 warrior for the rest. A well geared dps warrior with imp leader of the pack is hacks for PLing.

Been doing the 'Casper' thing with a dummy account and got 6 levels last night just between watching the olympics. Only bad part is having to walk everywhere since it can't keep up with my mount. I couldn't just park him somewhere because of the way WPL quest are set up.

But since this part of the RAF is bugged has anyone checked if ^ that part is bugged as well in being able to give the higher level character a level (sub 60)?
