Yea the armor looks badass, but I had pretty much already decided what my DK would look like, so that she looked "evil". Right now the skins simply look like they took a very bad green coloring and just painted all the DKs with it. Also, I assume you can pick faces and hair styles still (Yes/No?) so maybe I just think the race combo picked in the pictures is awful. Here's to hoping.

Warrior 30 min cooldowns...are now 5. However. Shield wall is 50% now. Recklessness is next 3 special attacks crit. Retaliation looks about the same.

They moved Bloodfrenzy..deeper into Arms. Big wtf on that. However, they swapped the places with unrelenting assault. Which means you can build a nice pvp setup with 37/31/3. Not entirely sure on the 1 in fury. 37/30/3 is solid but leaves one point kinda hanging. Can put it in imp whirlwind, imp beserker rage, imp blood rage, imp execute, imp MS...Haven't quite figured it out.

Right now they're set to just one style per race/gender combo. No customization yet.

Shield block was also changed, it now has no charges and will increase BV/BR by 100% for the entire 5 seconds, no matter how often you are hit. Pretty amazing change, protection is starting to shape up, also, it looks like shield slam got a damage increase, 740 base damage, before BV is added (I'm not sure what the 80 version was previously.)

Still though, with the way the other classes talents are shaping up, even our best tree by far, protection, is really pretty far behind its counterparts. Seems that DKs just got another 1 minute shield wall deep in frost..Because they needed a third, right?

Is there a link to any of this? My main is a warrior and I've had to switch from DpS to Tanking b/c of Sunwell and I was actually begining to like Prot Warrior. If these changes are for real, that is quite amazing.

And Murr, doesn't the effect from rating like half by the time you hit 80? As in 1% at 80 is double the hit rating that gave 1% at 70? Roughly. Still a huge amount of hit though.

Yeah it's roughly double, but that's still kind of obscene for a lv 76 blue

According to EJ, it's ~32 hit rating per 1% at 80, so that's right at 3% hit if you don't fudge the %.

I think the DK skins look great. I picked the coolest looking race out of the 10 and it ended up being:

They really should do the Death Knight system for every other class. They could have one big area and lump the other classes within it. Or hell, put them in the Death Knight area and modify a few quests for each class.

It's really cool to be able and start at level 55, then quickly level to 58 within a few hours. Meanwhile learning your class, spells and talents gradually so that by the time you are 57 and completing the last few quests you are excited about receiving 3-6 talents each for those last few quests so that you can get that new ability.

I'm somebody who likes leveling characters and questing in games. I love being a newbie and a lowbie with a new class. But in WoW, even with the mass population and success, it's just too boring to level new characters and do the same old quests because you're almost always alone and rarely see other people. You either bore yourself to death leveling alone all day, or make a new char on a new server or extremely populated server and pay to transfer it later. But even then, it's not enough.

I'm now with all the others that say "To hell with 1-60 content."

Frankly I wish they tuned the experience in the Death Knight area higher so that you came out at 60, rather than 58. I know you can enter BC at 58, but it's just a tad too low.

They might, after WoTLK, create a "newbie" zone thingie, where you start instantly at 55 if you wish to, with tutorials and stuff like that, and just put all trials on it or something(while offering BC enabled trials). I don't see it happening before wotlk launch though.
