Try logging into your account on the eqplayers.com website, it should have all of your characters and their respective servers listed.

I've never used any cheat programs, sadly have to much free time, and pl'ed myself over the course of a few days. Guess leveling too fast is an exploit. The line that cracks me up is the this is not possible in 2 days, when I know for a fact a lot of people level their bots up in way less time that what I did. I called the customer service line and was told a GM personally saw me cheating, which goes against every said above in the email from the GM.

Guess I'm posting this to just let you know SoE customer support is just as good as it has always been and if you do decide to come back don't play too much, or your account will be banned. I sent a response back and will let you all know the final outcome, but this just pisses me off. Here is the response I sent back if any one cares (I'm sure most don't):

This is Senior GM Anuhadu, thank you for your time and patience. I apologize for the delay in getting back to you on the matter. My supervisor reviewed the matter and agreed that is is possible to have leveled up as fast as you did. I was asked to restore Prodigal to your account which has been done. Things may be a bit out of sorts, but you should have all of your gear back as well. The initial items, the Corrupted Blue Diamond Amulet and Mask of Forbidden Rites are on your character.

I do apologize for the the trouble. The leveling did trigger our alerts and the investigation did show a higher than normal number of entries. It was on this basis the actions were taken. Good luck to you and safe journeys.

Guides/GM's were more then willing to make shit up just in the hopes that you'd fuck off. I think over the course of my 5 or 6 years playing I had at least 4 events overturned.

Hell, there was one point where a gm gave our entire guild a warning for 'exploiting' Yelinak because our warrior was firing arrows at her prior to engaging in order to build threat.

Of course back then said GM was sleeping with the guild leader of a rival guild. I think best was getting XTC despawned on us at 10% because one of their monks claimed we leapfrogged them because him being FD'd outside the door was a clear and obvious claim to the boss with 5 others of their guild in the zone. Or getting AoW despawned after we killed Statue and they ninja-pulled Idol.

I do not miss EQ gm's one bit.

It's nice they solved the issue, but such obvious lying in a GM response is so below professional behavior I'm not sure what to say. Fuck SOE. Are they going to extend your account time by the amount of your suspension? Of course not.

Hell, even Taco Bell throws me some free cinnamon sticks when they fuck up my order.

I'm not the type of person who wants free stuff when someone fucks up, I just want it fixed. I guess the main thing that pisses me off is they accused me of cheating and exploiting along with a sarcastic way of telling me in the original response. I can not think of any company that would consider that the proper way to handle things, even if I had been cheating.

Oh well, still using the free two months from the living legacy promotion. Makes the choice not to renew once that is up easy.

So how the hell are people getting to lvl 60 in like 8 hours? Made a new char with a friend for the promotion and the two of us duoing get like one lvl every 40 mins or so in the 30s and 40s, and that's in the hotzones.

It has nothing to do with wanting free stuff or not. It has to do with a business going "fuck we messed up, let's try and do something to keep the customer happy and coming back". I call that decent business sense, something SOE doesn't have. I have to wonder if your decision to cancel would be different if they did more than just lie, say "oops" and give you back what they took - not even immediately.

As an example, when my alts were level 15, I would take my enchanter and pull half the goblins in Sol A. Stun them and refresh rune while spamming the level 5 PBAE on the lowbie mage. Once I was confident mage had hit most of them at least once, ench popped a DS pot and Feedback, and let them beat themselves to death. Result = 5 levels per toon. Rinse, repeat.

It slows down a bit, but up to level 42 I've only had one pull ever that didn't ding them at least once. The hard part is figuring out where to go, getting 3 chars there safely, and deciding on a pull spot.
