Uh so..
Quote:
Stay of Execution When you have less than 35% health, all damage taken is reduced by 5/10/15% and you are treated as if you are at full health.
Does that mean you can never be Executed?

It means skills that say "Only useable on targets below XX%" won't work.

Execute, Hammer of Wrath, and I don't think I know of any others.

there are also mage and rogue talents that do additional damage to low targets. I also assume that new rogue talent will work on the other rogue talent that does additional crit damage to people below your own health.

That Shadow Dance thing combined with the other sub talent for reducing energy cost of BS/Ambush could make PVP daggers a lot of fun..

That said, I love those poison talents in Assass..

Wow, those rogue talents are pretty nice. Like, really nice.

Turn the Tables
You have a 5/10/15% chance of reflecting physical effects back on the attacker.

Cut to the Chase
Your Eviscerate and Envenom critical strikes have a 20/40/60/80/100% chance to refresh your Slice and Dice duration to its 5 combo point maximum.

Devious Poisons
Increases the damage caused by your Instant Poison and Deadly Poison by 10(/20?)%. In addition, when a target you've poisoned is healed or cured, there is a 50(/100?)% chance the poison afflicts the healer.

Deadly Brew

When you apply Instant, Wounding or Mind-Numbing poison to a target, you have a 50%/100% chance to apply a second poison:
Instant -> Deadly
Wounding -> Crippling
Mind Numbing-> Crippling

Turn the tables alone gives them a shit ton of "LOLMELEE"... I don't want to even imagine it. Does it factor in to avoidance? Will you "reflect" an attack you otherwise would have dodged, parried, etc?

You said pirate, but then described a faggot. An enigma if I ever seen one.

Isn't Stay of Execution some kind of activated ability or % proc or some shit? I dunno. Either way, it won't prevent you from being executed cause warriors get a talent that lets us execute at 100%. Suck it, rogues.

Does that count for Windfury? or is that considered magic..cause ouch if it does.

Hrm ass as the new raid spec? Would mutilate be worth using, then, or would you just skip it and use whatever weapon is best for sinister strike?

Turn the tables says "effects" so it probably won't be the damage, just the physical effects themselves. Hamstring debuff, Mortal strike debuff, probably a few bleeds, that kinda thing.

Potions don't work if you are at full health, so with that talent you are immune to 'execution' effects but don't have any way to instantly heal youself.
Do bandages work at full health I wonder?

Let's be real, disallowing the use of potions through an oversight like that is a Funcom move, not a Blizzard move. I think rogues will be fine.

I can't wait for the day I kill a Warrior with their Execute because of Turn the Tables... assuming it goes live in its current design, of course (which is potentially unlikely). But yeah, that'll be interesting versus Rogues too with how streaky the RNG is.

Probably Mutilate. Currently it falls about 5% behind Combat as is, and these new talents make Assassination a very sexy raiding build.

Wonder if Devious Poisons will make it impossible to cure poisons?

You dispel Wounding Poison from yourself, do it auto-applies Wounding Poison to the person that cured it, which is you.
