Even so you wouldn't cripple the focus target, you cripple the gd healers right after a fear for an unmitigated 6 or so seconds of pounding on a focus target. Since if they use a trinket it only removes the fear, leaving them silenced for the duration unable to dispell.

Locks also got an immunity piercing spell that'll do around 1.4 - 1.8k dmg. Which means mages and paladins have to use block / bubble sooner than later else they may die from the damage.

Basically with the extra talents and the swappage of SL and DS locks just got really fucking scary in pvp. Now they'll have access to IHOT / SL / SL / UA / basically all the oompf aff provides plus the added meat shileding of SL. Yes even though SL went down from 20 to 15% it still rocks in pvp.

Oddly enough blizzard did nothing to change the current 3 class domination of 2v2's Locks / Wars / Druids. If anything they further cemented the predominance of those classes in that bracket.

Wow pvp "lulz r not balanced around 2v2 nub" still doesn't mean warriors and druids can't auto recieve the newest seasons gear the easiest.

Edit: Yes i understand the warrior can only WW in the zerk mode however its an all movement imparing effect dispell which provides A-fucking-mazing synergy to an already OP war / druid 2v2

I still haven't seen anybody point out this "devastate" that cripple is supposedly replacing. The only devastate I know is in the warrior prot tree.

Devastate was a AoE that cast corruption max rank on all targets in the area and when it completed it had an additional 600ish dd component.

I expect cripple to lose the silence. No way it would last 20s in PVP either.

The silence perhaps has a 4 - 8 sec duration and the 75% snare perhaps the 20 sec, all speculation at this point. The no melee damage is something to consider as well. As most 3's and 5's comps run with melee damage included with magic dmg.

So, Warlock leveling = Cripple, kill mob at zero risk, move on.

Warlocks were really underpowered in the leveling department, I'm glad they got that buff.
