Rather see a little bit more interesting take on "assassin" armor than the typical black cloth/leather ninja-esque garbage, but the facemask is a little meh.

Really badass assassins can dress in rainbow sequins and still kill you before you know they are there.

If you're the aggressor and you lose, then wouldn't that just be a self defense killing on their part? Don't see why that'd make them red.

Assassin/rogue gear has got to be the most discussed equipment in an mmo. I agree the shiny stuff need to go but, anyone remember all the talk when the ragebringer in EQ only had a small poison drop effect?

See I liked that. Understated, but noticeable. Not flashy.

I still like my level 10 or 15 Tortage Footpad's helm better than anything else I've seen in the game.
