Those gem changes are pretty huge. It puts +dmg gems for casters from 14.3 all the way down to 2 lololololol....

Honestly this gem nerf makes crafting %100 useless now. I mean fuck, level 40 armor from Sanctum will > the level 80 crafted shit after this change.

Nerf gems? Ok. Nerf them 90 percent? No way. 50% MAX.

Is there any special reason some of you guys are still clinging to AoC? The dev team seems to have their heart set on running the game straight into the ground. It has been a none stop assault of nerfs since launch day and it looks like since I quit they have only continued to anal rape their remaining players.

I am not really sure what is going to be left of their player base once WAR and WotLK are released. The "our game has titties and blood!" appeal only goes so far.

AoC makes me sad. I guess I'm glad I quit randomly while it was still fun. I guess I can have that one month memory that I'm pretty fond of.

It's been some time since Vanguard by now: AoC folks, here we go again.

Heh, I played AoC for three weeks.

The very moment I sensed the "zzzz" factor creeping in, I turned off the switch.

BTW, I didn't pay a dime.

I'll do the same with every MMO that comes down the pike.

Wanna screw me with a hit-and-run MMO? Guess what. I'll hit you first.

Unless you have people buying your games for you then they still got the $50 out of you

Was well worth the 50$, I spent a lot more time on it than a solo game so there you go, might even resub later on if things look brighter !

You buy it, get the code, and return it to Wal Mart or some other retailed where the cashier is too dumb to call you on it? Aren't you brilliant.

When I used to work at EB years ago, I would nail people on open MMO returns. If for whatever reason we did take it back, I would personally call the company and cancel the subscription (there was usually a special # for retail to call for the purposes of canceling an account). Usually you never heard anything, although one time some pathetic shit who was too cheap to buy the box came crawling in, asking if we still had the same game box. Too bad, bitch, all your "hard" work was for nothing!

I keep playing because I'm still enjoying it. The mix of the combat and gorgeous graphic makes the atmospere feel right. Granted I'm playing this one pretty casual since I'm still hopping into TF2 a lot, which makes me much less weary of the changes. I'm 76 now and I suspect that when I hit 80 and start in on the PvP seiges, my taste will start to get to that bitter spot so many other seem to have hit.

Hopefully something good will come of AOC. Every game needs fatalities and titties far as I'm concerned.

The mix of combat, graphics, music, fatalities and adult themes - if you play casual it's pretty nice, I'm in the same boat.
