| HoX have other combos that deal the damage i mentioned. Level 80 PvP. No crafted gear required. Plus most instakills existed before people run around fully gemmed. With +50% evade, caster or melee rinvul, you can somewhat counter it. Sadly I have only half of my equip gemmed (caster) because melee gems are too rare and expensive. |

| See now, that's your own damn fault for being a lazy ass while all of the exploits were still working. Now that the other half of the server has hundreds more gold than you do, you're pretty much screwed, aren't you? Don't you just *LOVE* games by competent game designers? I didn't remember to cancel my AoC sub until a couple of days after the first free month, so I have a couple of weeks left on it. I logged in last night for the first time in weeks to a Friends list full of Last Logged On of 15+ days and a "/tell" log of lots of "See ya, bud", "Have fun in this piece of shit game", and "Back to WoW!", not to mention a guild roster of 90% new faces (in two weeks! - and these weren't alts, either). It was pretty amazing - and sad. Mostly sad due to me blowing hundreds of bucks on this stupid thing (FilePlanet sub, CE of the game, PC parts/goodies, etc.). | Ok, I need a working exploit to get around raid IDs. I was specifically told by the raid scripter that everything respawned at "Midnight to Monday" GMT every week. Therefore Saturday night a bunch of us killed Vistrix. Now it's past that time on Sunday evening, our Vistrix run that has been planned for 5 days is tomorrow, and I don't see a fucking dragon. This is retarded.

| Obviously, but I assumed I could take the a guy with "raid scripter" under his name at his word, rather than one of their CS tools. Fucking game probably isn't worth the trouble anyway. I can't believe they've fucked up this gloriously.

1. Lockout is formed on the death of the first boss; 2. Lockout timer removals are SUPPOSED to be 7 days; 3. Lockout timers are currently bugged to not get removed; 4. GMs can tell when your lockout was created and if it has been >=1 week, they can delete the zones lockouts, allowing everyone to zone in (no teleports needed); and 5. If you give the wrong time to a GM, they will temp-ban you and put a mark on your account--so make sure to know the time and day of your kill. With this knowledge, you can overcome all lockouts without an issue. | |

| That's lovely, but how about the fact I was told by this guy, in PMs as well as in the thread itself that "Raid dungeon's are cleared weekly (Midnight to monday). If you allready cleared a dungeon this week, you will have to wait until monday." Working off this information I did Vistrix Saturday, even though we hadn't done him all week and we had a raid planned for Monday. Now there are going to be a number of people who have hardly played in 5 days waiting to kill Vistrix so they can actually raid T2 with us who aren't going to be able to do it.

I was one of those ghosts, just cold quit and never looked back. I have a feeling that people are realizing the fun factor of this game is flushed down the toilet. Blizzard knew AoC was shit and thats why they didnt release any counter-content. Beer and peanuts I call it. I give Blizzard credit for recognizing a true shit shack game when they see it. They gained some credibility with me. I also give myself credit for recognizing that this was a console game with no retention capability. Its become apparent AoC is a bust fiancially and its only a matter of time before the servers are complete ghost towns, ala Vanguard.
