Ebonlore huh? Its plastered all over the AoC general forums right now how Ebonlore has a few lvl 80's already due to a quest EXP hack your guild found.

Then again I guess you guys have the notorious reputation for exploits going all the way back to EQ. So its expected I guess.

I am loving this game so far. Other then the intial delay it has been a super smooth release, I have not crashed once.

To all the FoH Community Members still looking for a home come check out the Set Server (PvE). Set has been unofficially named the PvP PvE Server, which should ensure some quality Border Kingdom End Game. Also if you are looking for a guild check out Aei Desis. Good luck and see you in Hyboria!

Fun Paradox: Guild VS Guild at the highest level of play, yet pre-release Guilds are made of pure Fail 90% of the time, and leveling gameplay is mostly solo.

So either bring a Guild with you from another game or get lucky to run into non-mouthbreathers? (WoW experience ruined any hope I'd had of that in PUGs post-EQ)

so i just installed the game (which took foreveR) and its now saying error retrieving patch file info or something - is this because everythign is down in preparation for server openings? or is there somewhere i can get all the patch stuff now so it doesnt take 18 hours later?

Has anyone been able to retrieve their guest passes from the account page? Or am I just missing something that will let you grab it. Also, does anyone have a link to download the client?

I know quite a few guilds who have reported the entire Ebonlore guild to the devs but unless they have proof, sadly, nothing will be done. Hopefully, if it's true then the devs can take swift action.

Based upon form content and what not, these guys take pride on exploiting.

I would like to reiterate what the first post of this thread said. Sanctum of the Burning Stars is very cool. Visually stunning and overall a well setup area. That being said it definately shows that the group instances of this game have a couple issues.

The bosses are very blah. They look cool but they don't hurt and don't do anything special to speak of. A couple of them pop some easy to kill minion mobs when you agro them but that is pretty much it. With a decent macro setup they would be push a button and get a sandwich fights. Also, the itemization needs attention. For example, the last boss dropped a lvl 39 req blue sword that was equivalent to a lvl 30 green sword our guardian had equipped.

Overall the instance is a great break from grinding. That said, unless they revisit the loot and the boss difficulty I don't see people doing the instance more than once to finish quests.
