I have been tossing the idea of going through the hoops with downloading and getting started, but Im a little bit worried about 'getting into it' only to have a NA release come out later and then have to start all over. Is it really worth the hassle of setting it up? Also.. how difficult is it to really figure out what to do, where to go and such with the transition to English?

If you start around this and work forward all you need to know about what is required for set up is in this very thread.

As far as is it worth it, that's up to you. Yes you will have to start over if you like it for NA release, but for some they want to play now regardless.
