How much effort/money do you think it would take for an MMO company to integrate a simple game (or selection of games) in their queue screen? Maybe Bejeweled or some other simple puzzle game so you aren't alt+tabbed out when the thing actually comes up.

*edit*Also, fuck whoever decided to make the game kick you to the desktop whenever anything fails. Games should kick you to login, not the desktop.

Anyone else getting an "Aion client has stopped working" error? Happens anytime I go to any city, game completely crashes. It's pretty fucking awful to wait in a queue for 3+ hours, get in game, crash within 15 minutes and be back in another 3+ hour queue...

Ive crashed to desktop about 4 times now with that error, but unless you wait a bit it saves you inside the game so you can avoid the queue.

Havent had to sit the the queue anytime after the crashes

They should add a disclaimer to the scout class for the sake of the game. Otherwise its an autoquit.

Mage is the only option if you are looking for a normal MMO experience.

Thats great, but the rest disparity between the other classes is massive. Whats your grand prize at the end? You get to sneak around and kill 1 mage before you get bolted down. Wow that makes it all worth it. The hollow mechanics are eerie reminders of lineage.

Oh wait...wait...rangers can put 1,000,000,000 gameplay hours in, and become the best tanks in the game. Oh sweet, I guess it balances out then. Thats taking carrot on a stick to the extreme.

Even people in public chat are laughing at the early lineage similarity.

"Maybe you are bad" is the same as "go back to WoW". Just a straight up dumbass insecure statement to cover up bad gameplay. WAR had better mechanics and balance than this game, hands down. Nothing can hide the hollow asian feeling of this MMO.

I would say they don't want to be premature like Mythic. Last thing you want to do is open too many servers early on and have no choice but to start merging servers 2 months after release. It just looks really bad.
