| I wouldnt play a class that needs so much farming to be maxxed that I would rather spent 1000$ on ebay for gold. If I play, I play at the max in pvp or dont do it. So I understand the koreans there. |

| I'm pretty sure that the best pvp gear in the game is attuned when you loot/buy it from the vendor. There's the elite versions of level 50 Abyss gear that cost a ridiculous amount of AP's each. And the Draconic gear (that you can get for receiving an S rank in the PvPvE instance) is also untradeable (I hope). Spoiler Alert, click show to read: So I don't really understand what would cost that much money? Maybe it's the initial gear to get started in pvp so you can farm Abyss points well.

| Its the + enchants that end up costing fucktons of kinah. With lets say level 45 gear, you will want to buy like level 50+ enchants and those run about 1,000,000 kinah a piece on the chinese servers now. You can get buy without it, but if youre a min maxxer you will want all 5 armor slots and a weapon at +10 enchants. So you are talking 60 million kinah easily.

| I like this coming to NA late. We got to let the koreans/chinese work out all the balance issues and problems. Then after the pain in the ass work is done we get the polished MMO with several content patches included. |

+39 Internets | About the ebay shit, it's not really the items as someone pointed out, it's the enhancing of these items that costs. The +10 shit is insanely expensive because it's a lottery where your chances decrease as you get closer to +10 , and use items you also get randomly off disenchanting other expensive items. It's also a lottery where if you fail, you go back to the previous grade, so you could very well need 40enchants to get a single +10 if your luck sucks, or you could get it first time. It's not like super grind, it's like super grind^2. Then there's the stones but those comparatively are "cheaper", you can trade shitty stones for good ones at some NPC, then improve those with alchemy for a rather low cost(or you can just buy them directly on the broker for more as usual), godstones are expensive but you only need one(or 2 if you're an assassin). And also he was noting that the cost was more if you were pveing on the sides, where you can actually buy some of the good pve gear and all, or for example if you're solo farming shit, it's an investment so you can farm more efficiently. He said if you pure pvp you didn't need as much(mostly because the abyss gear is bop). Anyway these prices are all relative. If they have a fuckton of farmers selling their gold to websites, the prices ingame are gonna go up because ingame money gets devaluated(because farmers generate more gold than average players which diminish the average player gains in comparison). At least that's how I see it, but I'm not an economics major. The more they buy gold, the more devaluated gold is because they up the production to follow the demand further increasing the inflation(or deflation whichever it is, no idea). Considering selling gold is a common practice over here, but not as widely spread and accepted, I'd say our ingame economy shouldn't derive too much as it did over there. NCsoft will be partly responsible of this in their banning of gold sellers and such, and we can only hope they do as good as a job as NC korea did with bots, and not what happens on C-Aion. If thye do a decent job though, we shouldn't see the issue as much. |
