My only complaint with Escape Artist is that it doesn't come with immunity like WotF and Stoneform do. They lengthened the cooldown from 1 minute to put it more "in balance" with the other racials but didn't add immunity, pretty dumb that you can't use it most of the time because the rogue will just shiv crippling back on before you can get away.

It's more for escaping roots then snares. If it was immunity, it'd be blessing of freedom, which would be quite powerful. Wotf is only for a small subset of things (fear/MC) as is stoneform (rogue poisons, wyvern sting).

I'm still pissed about the blind change. I miss stoneforming out of it =x

Stoneform gives 8 seconds though, so it's another immunity one.

i've had escape artist fail to remove frost nova and entangling roots multiple times.

i don't know how i can be doing it wrong when i hit the button, it goes off and the cd starts but im still rooted.

It's because it doesn't give immunity... which means the snares and roots can resist it.

Escape Artist is more like a Spellstone. It just attempts to dispel every snare/root you currently have, and if they resist it nothing happens.

Good plan! I hope they add a snare immunity thing to go along with Escape Artist to gnomes, so that hardcore pvpers are forced to be retarded looking shits.

The damn start is getting ridiculous. Blizzard has made it seem like it would be soon after 2.4 launched. Am I frustrated? A bit, but it's mostly because I've banked a bunch of honor for S2 items on my new Pally.

They repeatedly have stated in the past that it wasn't going to be anywhere near the launch of 2.4. I have never seen Blizzard mention that S4 was coming anytime soon after 2.4, or even 2.4.2.
