Yeah, one mace stun is gonna wreck a druid that fragile.

If I catch a druid in the wrong form with an intercept/mace stun combo that is not wearing pvp gear, he goes down, no questions asked.

Just had to comment that Fear Ward is not a racial for dwarves. Stoneform, Frost Resist, Gun Spec, and Find Treasure are dwarf racials. Fear Ward was the priest/race specific combo ala Devouring Plague and Hex of Weakness.

Anyway, the Arena is too messed up to fix. Mostly because of the class/race make ups that tends to dominate each arena. When it really does dwindle down to a handful of class combos that dominate in 2v2, 3v3, and to an extent 5v5 you know some stuff is messed up.

For me, if the Arena was really like Gladiatorial fights everyone would be a different class upon zoning in with say s2 equiv till you get to a certain rating marker say 1900, then you can play as your own class etc... It would make things a lot more fun too. But, having to distribute talents, hotbar setup, macro setup etc would be difficult to accomplish.

Rampage. Obviously I die alot. I'd also die in full s3. Point is that in bg's I'm able to contribute significantly since most people are idiots and in arena I'm able to hold 1500-1600 and once I get some gear 1800.

Warstomp, AE silence and WoTF are all great pvp racials, same with stun resist, you really cant argue that.

and yes perception is good in arena's since they are so small.

Perception, Escape Artist, Shadowmeld, Stoneform and Desperate Prayer are all awesome too.

You can probably hit 1700-1800 without any PvP gear if you're not on BG9.

Question does will of the forsaken have a chance to fail? One thing that pisses me off about escape artist is at least a few times every pvp session I will hit it and it will not strip the snare/root it just uses the cooldown and does nothing. I can't think of any other racial like this that has a chance to fail but I have never used will of the forsaken.

I have a gnome friend who never has it fail. So I think you're doing something wrong.

Don't think he was the one making the dense comment there, trying to call Desperate Prayer anything but a racial ability is pretty... well, wrong, as it's only available to Humans/Dwarves (out of, what, 7 priest races?)

It doesn't work on Hunter's Frost traps, if that's what you are trying to use it on.

On that topic, what in the living fucking hell is up with consume magic?

Leveling my wife's BE priest while she's at work and I stumble upon this pile of shit. I almost wanna scrap the whole fucking thing and reroll UD because at least Devouring Plague is fucking half useful.
