Odd, my laptop used to crash on the patch previous to this one, now it works fine.

This patch totally trashed the ancient lodododi ui i was using so I've reverted back to mainly the default with a couple of replacements so i can see xp onscreen, named buffs, spell gems etc.

I've finally remembered to add foh:foh to my autojoin so I'll be kicking around in there on my sk or shaman (47 atm, last push to 50 so i can group with the SK coming today but I've pretty much had enough of Guk

)

So 12 hours later still unable to log in, repatched, tried going straight through launcher, etc. I can't even seem to locate a thread on EQs support forums that deals with the problem. Anyone know what the issue is or have a link that might help me out? I've tried 5 different accounts, some with custom UIs some without, all with wineq all without, all through launcher, etc. I can log into char select, but as soon as I try to enter a zone, nope.. crash

This entire thread revolves around people buying/selling accounts and gold. Why would I try to hide it if I actually did sell my account?

I sent Sony a message saying I didn't have the original e-mail address or credit card number any more. They sent me back a canned response telling me they'll be happy to reset my password... If I send them my old credit card number, name, secret question answer and e-mail address used to create the account.

So much for that idea.

What is the double exp potion quest I kepe hearing of? I checked on my own and it looks like a quest that can only be completed at certain times. Is that time passed now or is it possible to do it now?

Have to wait till march.

Its a 1 time only quest where you collect 10 items from around kunark .. hand them in to a guy in Overthere and you get a 10 charge double xp pot that is tradeable on FV. You can only do the quest once, so go farm 75 or 100 of each item, you get like a whole month to complete it ... get a second account .. run lvl 1 there hand him 1 of each item ... do quest hand to primary, recreate lvl 1 ... rinse repeat. I made 350 of them this past year, still have half my bank filled with them. Come novermber - january they sell for quite good 50 k + each.

Also where did all of the FV players go! =[ Seems like the server went completely dead these past two weeks. My regular "group" (I use the term loosely) is MIA.

After a summer break, Rastan me Azmo Moskankus Vonsid, and a few others came back. We are partying this weekend but will be back to lvling sunday.

They were already listed in /buyer at 65k and selling for 80k or so when I deactivated my account for a while the other day, by December I bet they are 100k at least on traders.

I'll probably come back for SoD, I pretty much hit the limit of what I can do on my own as an SK and after trying to level a shaman I just couldnt be arsed to do that grind all over again so I could 2 box. Being able to hire a mercenary healer would be great for me, I'll read up on how good they are and invest if they are worthwhile. In the meantime, EQ2 and the email from vanguard today will keep me going! Got to have some online game on the go *twitches* >.<

I think I deleted Naap and have a lvl 50 something necro but he has no gear.

edit: nevermind I dont even remember which account it is and he isn't showing up on eqplayers. I'd have to start over which I wouldn't mind if I could get help PLing.
