Have they been running a bunch of free trials for old accounts? I just checked 3 old accounts I used to play on and all of them have been reactivated until august 1st.

yah, it's the living legacy stuff.. if you were curious about joining before, now is the time to give it a whirl. Hell, I'll even offer my PL services to get you and anyone else that is interested to level 50+ if you can't stand the low level grind. Shoot me a PM if interested and getcha the hookup.

I'm on FV again as we speak, levelling a Paladin in Paludal to 20 odd before I wander into the outside world. I didnt want to level/play the 65 BST anymore so started something different with the coins I had lying around. 2.7k hp at level 18 without buying the top banana items in each spot haha.

Character name is Fuzzyanna, will look out for some WoD members when I'm a higher level. If you are around my level, shout up!

edit: 2 hours later, level 30 and not used any xp pots yet, all solo. xp in Blightfire Moors is crazy. At level 23 i was getting 27% normal xp a kill on shrubs near the pok book. At level 30 its still in the 15-20% range.

Was PLing a new cleric tonight and I got him from level 4 to 40 in rougly 5 hours. 24-40 was all done in Blightfire Moors.. crazy xp. Wish the higher levels went that fast.

I solo'd from 1-40 last night in 5 hours or so. No xp pots, about 700k of twinked gear.

1-2 in the tutorial for the skull charm.
2-3 in POK doing the "running around hailing people quests."
3-23 in Paludal.
23-32 Blightfire shrubbery near the pok book.
32-40 Blightfire bog area.

Time to raise those spell skills >.<

Now head to Dulak's and ride that to 50! (plus make a ton of cash).

By the way, North Ro is a hotzone. You can go to the Nro/EFP border from level 1 and get to the high teens in no time. Skip that Paludal shit; it's good, but not better than Nro as a SUPER DUPER hotzone.

And yeah...Blightfire Moors is CRAZY exp... you can start there in your high teens (after you leave Nro).

Dulaks took me from 40-51 this morning. I stuck my head into Nadox but it looks like I might be finally running out of easy-ish levelling which is fair enough. The db's in there gave me a decent kicking so downtime will be a factor. Will try for 55 and then do some aa this evening

That 700k of gear should last me until the late 50s at least, with luck until 65 when the really nice req 65 stuff starts popping up from GoD and the rec 65 stuff from SoF in the non visible spots.

I figured with a new kid and not having much time or money I would start up on EQ1 on FV with the Legacy stuff... Haven't played since the beginning of OoW. lots of changes, most of them for the better.

A good diversion for a bit.
