There are rumors on the EQ forums of a GoD 2.0 expansion as far as lore goes.

Personally I think that's a big fucking mistake but whatever.

I always find Vegas fanfaires a waste of time. The few events I have been too over the years always end up being alot less entertaining then the rest of the city. It is after all Las Vegas heh.

If it was a E3 type event with tons of info and sneak peeks at the industry as a whole I could see myself spending a weekend at the event. If I am going to waste some $$ in vegas though it wont be on Sony

its really ashame that the eq2 devs were too lazy to make a legitimate new game world and just decided to half ass it and stick in 2 cities and say the rest were "destroyed." if i were SoE i'd just pretend EQ2 lore never happened when i went to make EQ3 but it looks like that won't happen.
