This is the only other MMO that I've truly enjoyed besides WoW what are you thoughts? NCSoft has been very quite about releasing any details about L3 I know its been in development for the past 2 years or so.

Lineage 3 will use the Unreal 3 engine. Lineage 2 was one of the best looking mmo's in its time and large scale siege battles was awesome. I'm so looking forward for this game, Yeah the grind was hard and grueling but in all I had shit load of fun -- Spending 1 full week gathering all my parts for my first Emi bow's

So anyone got any details about L3 that they could share? Also is there anyone who did not hate this game? Yes its Korean but its also very fun one of the best pvp mmo's in existence.

Hmmm trailer is lineage 2? All I remember about lineage 2 was people talking about some kind of elf/dark elf with giant bouncy boobs.

Lineage III is a sequel to Lineage II by NCsoft. The Lineage III project began January 1, 2008 and will be announced to the public in 2011.

On April 27, 2007, Seoul Metropolitan Police said that seven former employees of NCsoft are suspected of selling the Lineage III source code to a major Japanese game company. According to NCsoft, the potential damage caused may exceed $1 billion USD. [3][4][5][6][7][8]

Aion is as close to a sequel to L2 you're going to see for years. It's currently in closed beta in korea and they are supposedly working on their English translations at the moment.

They have announced there will be a NA/EU beta 'in 2008'. It's expected to be complete and ready to launch via Korean beta by that point though.

I liked L2 but the most awful pvp system ever, ruined it for me. If this one doesn't have that, I will be interested.

L2 did not have "the best graphics for its time". They were fucking terrible.

You're crazy... The only thing fucking terrible in that game was the interface (point and click movement, what the fuck?) and the leveling grind. Art was top notch.
